I've been a patient here for 3 years now due to losing my insurance, paying almost $700 a month to this company ( which comes to almost $46,000.00 I've paid this company to date ), and I can't even get in contact with a single person at the corporate office. They implemented a new waiting room system recently that now takes about 4 hours to get your medicine every day ( it's daily dosing ), instead of the normal 2 hours it used to take so now we are all losing our jobs due to waiting in line the entire first half of the day since they are only open from 5:30am to 11am weekdays and 6:30am to 9:30am weekends. I alone pay for their president's house and car, yet I can't even get in contact with anyone. It seems to me if they want to keep making billions of dollars a year, they wouldn't jeopardize their patient's jobs. Just a thought.
