I went in to purchase a desk. They didn't have any that could fit into my space but while I was there, I decided to check out the mattress section for a future purchase. I worked with Will who was so polite and helpful and his manager Neil, who was AMAZING. I ended up buying the mattresd right away and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The store is huge and beautifully appointed. I'm recommending them to everyone. Prices are great. 5 years interest free financing. . . You can't really beat that.

Ashley furniture, in Algonquin, by far had the best and biggest selection of all the stores we have visited. Tim, our sales associate, let us browse and walk around the store and let us know to take our time and let him know if we had any questions. After a long while of us browsing and selecting a living room set. Tim was ready and wiling to answer any questions, found us the best deal with the promotions going on in store ,and all and all had excellent customer service. I love the sofa, love seat, end table and coffee tables we picked out and delivery was only a few weeks out. I would definitely purchase from Ashley furniture again.

I went to the Ashley Store at Algonquin, IL. The moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by a Sales Professional named Irene. She was very patient, hospitable, nice and helpful. I had an amazing experience, thanks to Irene! I got everything I was looking for. Even the managers are nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store. You won t be disappointed.

We went in today to the Algonquin store and it was a pleasant shopping experience! We were welcomed and then left to look without pressure. Then as we were ready to leave Neil the manager came over to ask how we were . He was very easy to talk to and so helpful and funny! He answered our questions with honesty. Then his assistant manager came to help us finish the transaction.
Such a pleasure to deal with! Not to mention the great deal!

Unbelievable. Loved our salesman Eric. Unfortunately our furniture was delivered damaged. We did what we were told to do. I sent multiple emails with pictures. Not one reply ! When you call the store no one answers and it says the mailbox does not work...but it then it says to leave a message! We have called at all hours.
We thought maybe the store closed and actually drove there to see. We finally talked to their manager and customer rep. We were told new furniture would be delivered this week. We have not heard from anyone so we called the store. Same issue. We called 800 number and they say 16 weeks is what they have and don t know anything else. Corporate will not do anything because this is not a corporate store!
If you are going to buy from Ashley, CALL the store you plan on going to to see if they are competent enough to set up their phone system. Or maybe even answer!
I will now be driving ti the store again and unfortunately will just get more excuses.
We will definitely not shop there again.

Ashley Furniture offers the best customer service!! Syed at the store Algonquin, IL, helped us understand the product details and provide us space to make a decision on the correct choice for us! The financing options are fantastic and the whole experience has been very pleasant! Will definitely come back to shop for further furniture.

I m not even sure where to begin with my review. I ve had nothing but dissatisfaction from this location (Algonquin).
First and foremost, I am a young mom with a family whom has recently rented our new home. We ve seen nothing but great advertisement on** TV with Ashley s furniture, so I thought we d give it a try.
May 2020 we had scheduled a digital appointment with Blake specifically, who btw I thought was a great salesmen until my delivery date came.
Any who, we had** a GOOGLE DUE video chat, showing all furniture that would possibly interest us. After 2 days of thinking and discussing, we decided to make a $5,000 (Not including our separate, additional $1,000 purchase On a coffee table, TV stand and 4 folding chairs) purchase on sectional couches, a chest for our room, a bed plus a king size mattress. We were told he had made sure we would have all pieces, even if he had to pull sections from other warehouses he would make it happen.
Our delivery date was pushed from June 15, to the end of June and then come the day we only got half of our delivery with no heads up. What a dissatisfaction.
We finally received our other half in July.
Due to our horrible experience at the store, we decided to order our additional selections through the online website.
Once delivery came, we received a broken piece for our TV stand. After calling for days**, being put in circles, finally we thought Karen, from The Algonquin store, would be able to fix our issue. She assures us** she will send us the part. Once the part came, it was the wrong piece**. When I called again the man who picked up the phone informed us he couldn t help me and for me to call back the next day. He didn t offer to take my information or help us to the best of his ability. He just flat out said call back tomorrow.
We gave up on calling cause no one called us back after leaving voicemails.
Now it s September 2nd of 2020 and I ve been trying to get ahold of Karen regarding my bed that is falling apart! My $2,000+ bed is incredibly falling apart! I ve called, emailed customer care, left voicemails and got no response. I call at 7 pm (1 hour before close due to my work schedule) and NO ONE ANSWERS.
We are very dissatisfied, I honestly would rather return all of our furniture and not recommend this location.
We are no unhappy with the experience we have been receiving and it s unfortunate to know that Ashley s does not value their customers or take peoples money serious. They are eager to sign you up to finance their furniture, answer all questions during the beginning, and after it s literally a big screw you.

I really do hope I hear back from someone within the next 24-48 hours cause we are paying off over $6,000 in furniture the is falling apart. I m sleeping on my couches instead of my $2,000 king size bed.

My husband and I had to come in to replace a chair that we had. We worked directly with the store manage, Neil Andrew, and couldn t say enough nice things about him and our experience at this Ashley store. We were able to replace our chair with a new item with no problem at all. Although he was extremely busy he made us feel comfortable that he was making sure our order was correct. Thank you Neil for your helping us and would recommend this store to others.

HORRIBLE expirience. Ashley was normally our go to furniture store, after this expirience we will never buy another peice of furniture from them. We purchased the Fair Ridge Accent Cabinet. Intitially they told us a 6 week wait time, well that turned into 5 months. Then upon reciept it was dirty and dusty on the inside(what we thought was dust from making it). Not so much turns out after cleaining it and cleaning it again the dust kept returning. After a visit from ORKIN it turns out the furniture contains powder post beetles and had to be removed from the house before they got into the walls and caused more damage. After contacting ashley they will not refund the purchase. NEVER AGAIN will i buy something from this company and neither should anyone else.
