Staff are polite, store doesn t have much of a selection of RCM on display, web site is the better place to look over everything Colonial Acres has to offer then buy, it s a bit of a pain in the azz to head West on the 401 from the GTA, it s to bad the store isn t closer.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I have not had service as terrible as this place in a very long time or possibly ever.
I brought in some valuable items, was given a price and I asked the gentleman that was quoting my items to call it even at $28 more dollars and my items were thrown towards me and I was asked to leave immediately!!!
I was honestly in shock for a moment but I that's exactly what I did I did was leave.
I highly suggest going to any other store than this one!!
Really nice people I am not sure but I think I was dealing with the owner at my time of transaction. Nice experience far price and knowledge of what there dealing with. My 1st perched was 10 year ago and returned 10 years later. Keep up the great work CA.

The only negative for me is online purchase notification for pre-order items. People are nice, website is easy to navigate and they even will pull out the gold tester to verify if requested. Small place, can be busy at times.

My tube of silver Maples arrived in a flimsy express post shipping envelope and missing 4 coins. It's appalling that this level of incompetence is possible from a business that deals in precious metals.

Colonial Acres helped me complete a set of quarters for my father who is in Long Term Care. He likes to keep busy but due to COVID can't go out and has been unable to find some of the National Park quarter in loose change etc as he has in the past.
