The ladies that helped me, performed my MRI, were awesome. Very patient, very caring, and it made all the difference in the world. I hate those machines, but if I ever have to it again, I want those ladies taking care of me.

This place has the friendliest staff and the latest MRI scanner to provide super high resolution images. They give you a copy on your way out if you ask, and your doctor typically gets detailed findings in a written report within 24 hours (although its usually the same day if imaging is done in the morning). Don t go anywhere else.
Friendly staff, at the desk and in the lab. I was nervous when I walked in the door. I felt relaxed and well informed by the time we were finished. All of the staff were professional and fun at the same time. Exactly what I needed. 5 stars all the way
Great staff at Newport Diagnostic Center. They had numerous safety protocols in place to make me feel safe. Also, the system they had set up to get an MRI was easy to follow, simple and painless. They even researched some KN95 masks for me. Highly recommended!

I was at this facility for imaging today and walked out thinking that I couldn t remember how long it had been since I had had anyone in a Medical office, be so professional, yet so friendly and it started at the front desk and carried on through every person that I came into contact with.
I have been to this location in the past and have always been treated very respectfully, but today, the staff was exceptional!
I had a very good experience here friendly professional staff. I arrived on time for my appointment and no waiting before I was taken back. One thing to remember is to do not leave your parking ticket in your car, they will valididate it for you.
Newport Diagnostic Center always provided me 5 Star Medical services. Their warmth and kindness and compassions made me feel like going there to see friends, not going there to get treatments. I recommend this place to anybody.
