This rating is not only for Collabera. I've heard that there are agencies with the same motive. I've been warned by my friend before but I didn't listen to him and now I'm regretting it.

Collabera is an agency. If Collabera will put you onsite or in other company to work, I advise you not to accept it and go to that company's website instead and try your best to get hired directly .

1. You won't be getting the good benefits from that company. You're going to have Collabera's benefit which is pretty useless.

2. You will also be working with people with the same task and position as you and they are getting paid much more because you're just a contractor.

3. Yes, there's a chance that the company will hire you as regular if you did a good performance UNLESS you have many rivals or contractors just like you. In my situation, two of us were hired very late and still being trained when the company start interviewing contractors for regular position. And worse, the company always giving me false hope that they're going to open a regular position just for you to stay as a contractor. It's been a year and months and no news.

4. The feeling of being a contractor gives you low self-esteem.

Such companies use agencies like Collabera to save money. Be careful and be patient. You're gonna get a good job you deserve, tiwala lang.

Let me just put this out there.

Let me just put this out there.
To everyone planning to apply through (yes, through, because they re an agency) Collabera, just don t. Stop pursuing your application and tell them you re not interested anymore. Here s my story: As a fresh graduate, I was really interested on their offer and I wanted to pursue my application. I submitted all the forms they asked me to fill up and my resume, and days after, they contacted me to keep my lines open in case they d schedule me for an interview with the company where I d be deployed. I was really willing to attend the interview; however, when they called me, I was still talking with someone and I wasn t able to check my phone and answer their call. After an hour of talking with that someone, I checked my phone and had 7 missed calls from them! Oh and a message saying I should call them asap. I mean I get that they want an immediate response but to not be considerate with the personal life of an applicant is so unprofessional. If I were them I would just leave a message and tell the applicant to text me back when he/she is available to take a call, and one missed call would really be enough already. I didn t call them back asap because I got really turned off and I was still thinking hard if I still wanted to pursue my application with them.. cuz they just wouldn t stop calling! Calling and texting me with different numbers.. they'd even text me that I should be professional and take the call. It s so annoying and made me so uninterested! I know I m a fresh graduate and I m quite desperate to find a job but to disrespect me just like that and be inconsiderate about my personal life is harassing in a way. I would definitely choose myself first before my career. I m patient enough to find a good company that would value me and offer a clear career path for me. They seem like they re the ones who are more desperate. They probably think I owe them a favor for giving me a job opportunity.. or maybe they d get some sort of commission or incentive once they can get someone hired. I really am not sure why they re acting like that but I can conclude that they re inconsiderate and unprofessional. I also read some bad reviews from those who worked for them before, and many of them said that Collabera don t fulfill their promises. To me, their promises are important because it would be a risk to work as a contractual and if they don t fulfill their promises, I just can t imagine what my future would be with them. I can only imagine that it would be as toxic as my hiring process experience with them. I don t know how true or how often the bad reviews apply to their employees but it surely made me decide not to pursue my application anymore.. plus of course the fact that they called me straight for 3 days! To Collabera, if you think you can just drag desperate applicants to your company, think twice. This generation values self-worth. Don t continue your work if you can t be professional and improve your processes cuz that won't even work for desperate applicants who can be satisfied with whatever job just to earn money. It s a huge turn off and you d definitely get more bad reviews. Please change.

Collabera, while it is a contractor, it aims to provide for at par benefits for its employees.
During this pandemic, the Company was quick to credit pro rated 13th month pay, early payouts and they ensured that utility workers were credited salary if their leaves ran out.

It likewise worked tirelessly to have their DOLE and SSS assistance approved for its employees.
