I went into Coles traralgon on Sunday afternoon with my mask on and was appalled at the amount of people not wearing masks but all staff were,its appalling with so much fresh produce around,You cant get into Harris scarf without a mask or Bunnings or Kmart,I spoke to a manager there today and was told they can't ask people to wear masks,which is ridiculous with fresh food & produce in the store its disgusting!!!!!!used to be a Coles shopper not anymore it !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately had a batch of croissants where one of the croissants had metal shaving in it! Coles main customer service is a joke considering the severity of the issue. Have taken the issue up with environmental health with the council.

Non existent follow up. No customer care. And the WORST corporate 'best practice guidelines' I have come across ever! (I'm not kidding).

It took nearly 1 month to refund a NON DELIVERY. (Well to be honest I'm still waiting, but at least someone promised it's been done and I got a reference number 5 more days to wait and see if this person is capable).

It cost me more in time on the phone than it was worth for a couple of hundred dollars. I spend HOURS tied up.

After a decade of being a weekly home delivery client I can say I'll miss the delivery staff but have zero regrets about switching to Woolworths.

Maybe the "powers that be" in Coles might one day understand money is not everything. And in a service industry, a little service is required.

There's too much anger and frustration to express it all so I'll leave it at that.

Cancelled my order the day it was meant to arrive stating "Credit Card Declined" Called customer support and they first told me the store, East Burwood, was having technical difficulties.

So I asked for the order to be replaced and they stated I could no longer get the specials.

I pushed a bit more as I feel Coles should honour their specials and then the customer support told me another story that there was no stock and if I want to order more than 10 of something I should call customer support first and also give 4 days to deliver.

I am a 30 year, $10k per annum Coles and Coles Express customer that will now just go to Woolworths. Sad, but I am not going to deal with such useless processes and customer support.

Then tried to make a complaint, but there is no complaints area for Coles, just takes me back to the same customer service area so obviously, Coles don't want to know how they are letting their customers down.
