Good for shopping with kids - plenty of parents rooms and little play equipment spots near food courts.. currently doing up the travelators so access via the old Quayside section is awkward.

There is a great variety of shops and food at this shopping centre. It has everything you need - and there are some great bargains too!

Most of the shops are good, but they need to fix up both food courts and put in better food places than the ones they have now that are cheaper and more nice than the ones now so your not paying a fortune and so your not getting and feeling sick from most of them now

Parking is a joke in Bayside $1:30 for 20 minutes and the car park stinks!

Has most of the shops you need, the paid parking is a big turn off though.

It's not the biggest, but it's got a good range of shops and the food options are in line with most modern shopping centres. The only (minor) gripe is that you have to pay for parking, unless it's Sunday which is free.

Sometimes is hard to get a park, especially a disabled one. Also find it much too hot in winter - heat cranked up way too much & too hot in summer - no AC on or at such a low level it might as well not be. Most of the unique shops end up closing. Hardly ever go there now & prefer to shop online in comfort instead.

Parking is way to expensive. Centre Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Too many distruptions due to shop owners leaving. Rents too high. Parking too expensive.

Nice pleasant shopping centre many shops here including popular ones

It is one of the shopping arena but the options are very limited here as compared to others like Melbourne central or chadstone mall. Its very near to Frankston metro station and if coming via metro you need to walk to this mall as there was no other options. This place provides with ample parking space and which is easily available. It's not a big shopping complex though and hence the shopping and eating options too are limited.

All the renovations have made it a good place to shop

They have been constantly improving the facilities at Bayside! The new food court is great, just need to find some tenants for the surrounding spaces.

Going here is always a hassle since they charge $1.50 even for 10mins of parking. Queues, faulty gates, it s ridiculous.

Bayside has pretty much every good retail shop there, downside is there isn't too much food variety.

Bayside has everything in a great big mall on three levels with a huge food court. Myer are the main retailers backed up by all the usual brand stores. Great shopping.

Has an Aldi store. If not for that I wouldn't bother with the place.

Good selection of stores. Suffers from somewhat confusing layout having grown organically for many years.

The mall is fantastic has everything you need and an amazing food court. Just need to get rid of the Useless Police. The Police are children with guns. OMG

Lots of options with shops, but the people that you get in there are pretty much the generic people of Frankston. Some of the people can be pretty gross. Apart from that, it's a great place to catch up with friends and do some shopping, and the eatery is extremely kid-friendly too!

Great Cheap shops, Good 4kids stuff also, huge toys r us, Kmart, Target etc.......

Widest variety in this neck of woods. If you're after moderately priced labels look no further, however don't expect a huge variety of speciality stores. Could use a few more artist based stores after losing Senior Art supplies on the arcade.

Relatively calm...people where friendly and responsive...great shops....somewhat sedated feeling of vagueness though...I feel we need clarity and some spring in the feet in Frankston......my pre xmas opinion. .

Plenty shops to choose from. Would have given 5 stars but parking is quite expensive.

A good basic shopping centre that has everything under the one roof. Currently under renovations with large expansion plans to meet the growing local population.
The beach is just a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre.

Parking is a huge problem. But once inside there is a great selection of shops. There are two food courts which supply fresh and affordable meals. Finding a seat can be a problem. Security can be a problem. However, there are plenty of security people around.
