Jordan is an absoloute McSaint.
This mcdonalds thrives solely on the hard and honest work of Jordan. The other reviews are dishonest, defamatory, and shameful and stand as poor/false reflection of Jordan's many sacrifices for this restaurant.

We ordered from this store yesterday. My mum got food poisoning. Not happy. The chips were disgusting as well. This store should be closed down.

I Stood at the counter for two minutes with no one else waiting early in the morning, 3 staff members walked past without taking my order.
I went to the BP next door and got a pie, got served straight away. BP 5 stars, pie 4stars.

I've learned to check the order and make sure that what I'd ordered and payed for is actually in the bag.its so frustrating having to go back in there more often than not...

I only visited because it was McHappy Day and it seemed the only store that actually made an effort with balloons and decorations. Maybe it had been extremely busy during the day, but by the time I got there around 7pm it was quiet. All the tables and floors were dirty, the door was covered in finger prints. Staff were dropping kitchen trays and bowls so loud, it made customers jump in their seats. Chips were way too salty. Very disappointed!

when you see this man in your maccas treat him with respect and give him clear cups

You need to double check your order before leaving the place. 3 times out of 4 these guys messed up our orders and either did not follow the customisations we paid for, or, today, they put a completely wrong burger in the order. :(

Jordan is the best, don't listen to the haters! He should get a raise!!

Literally the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.

Always get a bad coffee either half a cup. No coffee just milk. Though I give another go. And got a like warm more water than milk. Frustrating when pay money and get worse than instant coffee. Need to train staff

Crap left waiting outside for 10min had to go in and ask for my meal pathetic

I had breakfast there and the cafe girl really nice and most helpful and the coffee was great. Thanks to that girl for making my start to the day great.

Just another McDonald's, however watch out for the Doble entrance drive through, it's a pain in the a**

No one here has any interest in keeping their job or doing anything to a quarter decent standard. Absolute bare minimum effort in regards to anything.
Impossible to get a human to talk to you. Best you get from a being resembling a human is directions to a touch screen computer.

Seriously how hard is it to make the small sundaes ?? Took forever . Mind you they don't want to take your order they say " oh no, you need to pit tour order in over there that the machine I can't e and help you do that " really ? Just take the order Arrhenius tee where Ignace taxi e you've you the cash ($3.00!!) Bloody useless here

Absolutely terrible, can't even order at counter.
Have to order through those stupid machines.
I stood there for five minutes waiting to be served then they finally tell me I have to order through machine, so I walked out.
Not happy.
Not everyone wants to order through machines McDonald's.
Some of us still like staff taking order as it should be.

Probably one of the best "Maccas" going round, speedy service and Very well made burgers! Only loses a star because it's McDonald's - Samuel

Unfortunately like most McDonald's, the cleaning is disgraceful. No dedicated staff. Use to be able to go to any McDonald's store and know it would be spotless - not now.

If your after a quick coffee and rushed for time, save yourself a couple of dollars and buy a coffee from Coles Express. The coffee here is either lukewarm or burnt. McDonald's coffee is so inconsistent!

Outstanding customer service from Jordan, even using paper cups instead of plastic to help save the environment. So considerate!

Staff are standing around laughing throwing cups at eachother and giggling my order ham cheese tomato toastie came out hardly toasted and the girl that had to put my order through an eftpos self serve terminal i had to repeat my order to her 4 times.

I wont be back!!!!

very good customer service from a young man named Jordan who was very helpful and kind. other than that though, it was pretty bad quality. but thats what you have to expect from a maccas in franskton

Staff need more training.

Something is very wrong when someone can t put five ingredients together correctly.

They go pretty easy on the fries. Ask em to fill up your container before you even look at the half empty thing you get

Run of the mill McDonald's. Suffers from some fairly odd (and regular!) shortages when it comes to ingredients though.

It's a Macdonalds so I have to rate it against the chain. The Classic Angus was delicious with fresh ingredients - one of the best I've had. The staff seemed happier than the Macdonalds on Nepean Highway, Frankston. The coffee was "better" than the hot/wet/brown "coffee" on Nepean ... but not by much. If Macdonalds want to advertise how good their coffee is then they need to raise the bar a long way in their outer stores to that I expect, and get, in Melbourne suburban.

Ordered coffee, took 15 min to make, the coffee was burnt and it was not what I ordered.

I love this place. Got served by an employee named Jordan and he was so nice and got my order completely correct with no mistakes in cup type taking place. All these 1 star reviews are lies

aleks is a great cook at maccas, made a triple cheesburger and it was on point. give him a raise!

Was annoyed the female staff member wanted me to use the self order, but I was paying by cash & I would still have to pay for my order at the register.
So I said will order at the register, she was not impressed.

Also she not put in 1/4 strength for my Cappuccino order so I had to check with the male coffee maker to ensure it is 1/4 strength. In the end I got a large instead of a medium size - Thank you x

Best McDonald's, nay, the best restaurant this side of heaven. Jordan in particular provided excellent service, turned my cola into wine, and cured my unborn child's prenatal leprosy. I have erected a shrine in honor of Jordan of the Minimum Wage, and will vigorously defend his honor against heretic reviewers to the death.

Also, Keehlan didn't get a plastic cup because he didn't deserve it. It was an act of mercy and compassion that he even received the correct order. I spit on his avatar in disgust.

Would give it a zero if I could!!! This maccas constantly makes people wait around the front when going through the drive through. There's always plenty of cars banked up. They can never get the orders right. Food is always a mess and falling apart or cold. I just dont understand why it's so hard to keep a steady pace. It is supposed to be fast food? Why are the workers still employed if they're so incompetent? Absolutely terrible service!!! I can't stress it enough as this is not a once off, this happens EVERY TIME I go to Towerhill McDonald's!!!

They hire absolute flogs who can't follow the simplest orders.

I couldn't believe how bad the service wss here. The place was a pig sty. No running water in the toilets. Simple meals took 20 minutes and it wasn't busy.
Drinking straws all over the place and staff standing around looking at each other.
Disgusting.

Great place for the family! Great little stop next to the BP great friendly and happy staff. They have only missed my sweet n' sour sauce before and I have been going here for 7 years.

Staff are friendly enough, but as with all McDonald's of late, the whole place is greasy and stale. The males toilets are consistently disgusting. Although the staff cannot be made accountable for what people do in there, management *can* organise the restrooms to be reasonable. Floor was totally covered in urine. Toilet was just plain nasty. Shame on the public that do that.

Need to clean up quicker when guests leave..... but staff were friendly

Good service orders sometimes get mucked up though.

Cafe staff hopeless. Mucked up coffee order, blamed another staff member. Coffee lukewarm, asked for reheating in m/wave. Left too long so spilt in oven. Blamed the m/wave. Paid for crockery cup and was served in take away container.

Quality always bad and they never get the orders right

It's open 24hrs which is fantastic, when my local closes at 11pm

Stuffed up my order on more than 1 occasion just tonight went through drive through waited 30 min for my order while my autistic child lost his temper because we were sitting in the one spot for so long. I'm happy to say I wont be returning I'll drive the extra 5 min for the next maccas

In spite of it being a very busy drive-through, the operator was very quick taking my order and, although a brief wait to take my payment, an employee was cheerfully waving my bag before I arrived at the collection window.

Just the same as all McDonald outlets.

Relatively clean through the day, very slow service past 10pm for dine in customers due to lack of staff.

Just returned from drive through, was glad to know that the McOz was back so ordered a large meal, lge Mc chicken and lge Big mac meal! Came out with a squashed Mc Oz, no beetroot, no lettuce, no tomato!! ...and only two chips grrr! Pick up your game people! TLC is necessary when it's being paid for grrr! Back to Karingal for me!

3 weeks ago ordered Uber eats, my food came stale. My nuggets were rock solid & my chips were completely cold and half of them were hard too. I ordered again today to get EXACTLY the same thing. Disgusting that they think it s ok to give people stale food, you wouldn t get stale food at a restaurant so what s the difference with take away?

It is disgusting, completely dirty.
I walked in and there was a girl with her ass up on the McCafe bench with her shoes up as well. Great employees, buddy.
Was meant to have an interview at 4, got there and they said to take a seat. Took my documents and I asked for the hiring manager.
Hits 4:30, and I went back up and asked whats taking so long, the shift manager said 'She's just in an interview, she will be a few minutes'.
I sit down, and it hits 5. I go back up and the shift manager goes to me 'I don't think your interview is today, the hiring manager doesn't work today. You should've booked another day. The hiring manager said she tried to call you a bunch of times and left messages'
1) I was only given that day choice for an interview.
2) I didn't get ANY calls or messages.
3) How the hell was I supposed to know the hiring manager didn't work that day?
4) Maybe if you were a better shift manager, you would've realised the first time I came up that I shouldn't have been there!!
Absolutely unacceptable, I wasted a whole hour of my time sitting there waiting for an interview that wasn't even meant to take place!
The told me to rebook my interview, which I didn't.
I got offered a job the next day, which I am very thankful for.

Poor customer service with only 1 register on the counter top. Stood waiting to purchase 1 item while staff stood around gasbagging. When I carefronted the manager that staff seem to take priority over the paying public I got a terse smart ass reply - Not impressed. Added to this the chicken nuggets were old and tired and luke warm! Ladies toilet had no toilet paper - the entire place could di with a clean!
