It's a mall. Shops, food, annoying and loud teens. Get in, get what you need, get out.
Unless you're looking for parking, then it's quite reasonable on weekends to park all day.

Public dog friendly beach.
Nice play to let dog cool down on a very hot.
Check the directory for shops, generally lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. Free parking on Sundays and generally not too crowded.
Suffering from restructure, food was less than average
It's got a lot going for it. But it's a little bit lengthy and scattered.
Great place to go shopping. Like where else will you'll be able to get 3kg of Nutella?
Great center has everything you could need and great mellow vibe !!!
I had a friend give me a horrible haircut, went into hair edge and saw Puji she fixed my hair gave me a totally different hair style that i absolutely love. Thank you sooooo much Puji. I can actually walk around loving my hair.
Easy walk to from home, station & near buses & has everything I need, Groceries & other supplies.
It does seem to have a problem with water leaks in wet weather and empty shops.
Nice and clean with a good spread of shops. Can find pretty much anything you need for all budgets.
Can always find what I'm looking for.
Free parking Sundays
Kmart staff very helpful with present as a wedding gift.
Great shopping center. It's got everything you need. Fantastic Cafe's. Frankston is really a nice place these days!
Has all the store you need but the complex needs some desperate renovations. This aside the car park is a nightmare with more frequent busy times not helped by pay for parking. Getting out can be frustratingly arduous if you have already waited to pay for the ticket too.
Good food courts with a varierty of foods on offer.
Viet Rolls Restaurant (on the top level food court) offer the most amazing Pho you will find anywhere in Melbourne. Highly recommended.
This shopping all inside Frankston city easy to fine and a lot of shop the great shopping mall and convince
Best kebabs & superb service I love to visit every time. Thanks guys
Pretty good you can normally find whatever you looking for
Need to pay $11 for all day parking, they charge a fee to pay with a card and they don't issue a tax invoice. Rooftop parking is half the price but difficult to find.
Mayer cleaned up its act on second floor, clothing nicely on the hangers not on the ground, renovation well over and in the food court a new one opened - the very first time I bought schnitzel - it was Divine!
Love going there after school and eating at top food courts
F'ston would be zero without Bay-side, just large enough for most shops to be there.
Lots of parking, even on top. And is right in the middle of Frankstom.
Great variety of shops one would expect in a mall. Easy parking and access.
some ok shops. You can see small boutique shops around which is a good sign. Hopefully the whole place gets a face lift and the rough people get pushed away.
Always have a good sale. Not pretentious and easy to navigate
If you visit you need to go early morning (opens at 9 am - be there!!!) or search and search for parking which isn't free. Lots of good shops there though.
Good parking and this place has everything spread over a huge site. Wheelchair access throughout.
Busy Please call me or pay me in cash payment only next time
A great place to go shopping with everything from jewellery stores, clothing to supermarkets and large retailer stores.
Everything is reasonably priced with clean toilets and amenities.
My favorite shopping centre. Easy to get around has everything you need, looks lovely
For what it is nothing wrong with it. Only problem is getting out of top car park around close time gets very congested
Its my shopping centre. Target, Coles, Colette's , sussan grae and reject is my favorite shops to shop.
Every shop you need under one roof, plenty of (paid) parking....their Christmas decorations sucked though
Good variety of shops, good parking. Love free parking on Sunday
Great shopping but really lousy and expensive parking.
Fairly typical shopping mall. Perfectly nice to be in. Close to the bay. Just off the main road, so not too noisy.
Only went there for lunch before movies and found to be reasonable variety of all styles on offer
My car parked in Bayside centre basement was damaged in a hit and run. no security camera system, very unprofessional Centre staff, They advised an incident report will be lodged to the management and insist I don t need to pay any excess to make an insurance claim as I m not at fault.
REALLY??? Based on the fact you CANNOT provide the details of the car/driver that hit and run??? Are you serious Bayside Centre?
An abundance of shops, unfortunately, to many stairs
Current renos make it hard to navigate in some spots... But great to see improvements happening. I hate that this is the only shopping centre locally that charges for parking, otherwise has everything you could need
Alright place. Some of the people near their just ruin it. Plus you have to pay for parking and half the time they're broken and it creates a long line of cars wanting to get out.
This shopping centre has a good variety of shops and has great parking, but a lot of the place smells like smoke.
Nice spacious shopping complex with most big name retailers and plenty of cafe / food options. There is even a good play area for the kids. Under cover parking available.
There is a lot of places an very spread out an not a lot of room to walk as they have a lot of stalls in the walk way's
