Not much of a thickshake, was just frothed milk, extremely disappointing considering the warning on the cup. Expected so much more from an ice cream shop and considering the price.

The best dessert in the area - pitty it's not better on the hips....

Cold Rock was just a really really fun experience. The ice cream was tasty, the staff were friendly and the options were really vast and good for what you're paying for

Nothing better than a treat from Cold Rock after a long tiring day. My favourite flavour to get is the cheese cake ice cream (*mouth waters*). The pricing is relatively cheap, plus they have VIP discounts and free birthday ice cream!!

Bought an ice cream cake from Cold Rock Aspley for my 15 year old daughter's birthday. She was very happy with it. Phew (we all know how hard it is to please a 15 year old these days ) So, I am really thankful to you guys and the service was also amazing. Keep up the good work! You Rock!!!

Run of the mill Cold Rock. Because of the location it gets busy and the line can be out the door!

Got my order completely wrong, charged me full price for half the ice cream. I then try calling and no one answers. The guy that served me was more interested in continuing his conversation with another staff member than customer service.

I love this place! I always ask them to mix boysenberry and banana icecream and then experiment with different mix-ins - deeelishus and always served with a smile!

A family of 6 came in with three little ones on a quiet afternoon (luckily) and one of the infants went sick and vomited onto the floor. Cold rock staff were very polite and elegant about the whole situation. They were quick and efficient when cleaning the mess. While the mother was a little bit stressed, the manager talked to her and comforted her which I found absolutely awesome they were even cracking jokes also! They cleaned the floor with 3 layers (I think) of detergent, mopping over many times and wiping down the areas of contact where the vomit had been and to that kind of service I am amazed. Top standard. 5 stars

This Cold Rock used to be the best. The product itself is great as always. It just depends on who serves you as to whether your experience will be good or not. Some of the staff don't care and are more interested in conversing with each other than serving the customer.

This cold rock used to be great. But after what appears to be a change in management, the customer service and quality of product has severly decreased. Sad to say won't be going back anytime soon.

Service was worst I ve ever experience at this store. Young lady had music to loud, had an attitude of as she did not want to be there.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Hilarious staff that are so friendly - never had a bad experience!

I think I ll stick to baskin n Robbins. I had 2 mouthfuls and then chucked out my overpriced ice cream. The macadamia ice cream was icy with a bad taste to it, the cookie dough didn t taste like cookie dough and the little bit of crushed Maltesers that I had to pay extra for were hardly even tasted. That s money Well and truly wasted.
