A family of 6 came in with three little ones on a quiet afternoon (luckily) and one of the infants went sick and vomited onto the floor. Cold rock staff were very polite and elegant about the whole situation. They were quick and efficient when cleaning the mess. While the mother was a little bit stressed, the manager talked to her and comforted her which I found absolutely awesome they were even cracking jokes also! They cleaned the floor with 3 layers (I think) of detergent, mopping over many times and wiping down the areas of contact where the vomit had been and to that kind of service I am amazed. Top standard. 5 stars
