I have requested an appraisal for the purchase of my apartment. I expected it to be higher (up to 20%) and I found an appraisal of more than 100% !!! If I had not noticed and complained to the bank, I would be paying 6000 for a profit that I never had or will have in my entire life. An absolute lack of coherence, I have felt ripped off. Even the bank has called them saying that it did not make sense (the purchase price is the same as the current market). THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED! They have made me waste time and money! A very negative experience!
