Heritage Construction went above and beyond the average roof repair. They took the time to personally meet the adjustor, finished in just one day, kept us informed throughout the process, and left no roof debris behind. Blake was professional, knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure we were left with a quality, great-looking roof and skylight.
If we need fence, deck, or remodeling work done in the future, Heritage will be first on our list to call.

My parents house is for sale and the buyers realtor recommended Blake with Heritage Construction b/c the roof needed to be replaced. The insurance adjustor said the claim would be $11k to replace the entire roof. We already had an estimate for $10k, but Blake's estimate was $18k from a satellite image. They (Blake & realtor Cliff) were adamant contacting my parents insurance adjustor to request secondary claim. My parents would not provide that information b/c they felt like uncomfortable. Long story short, my parents lost the deal on the house b/c they wouldn't use Heritage. They started picking other reasons, but ultimately it was b/c they wouldn't agree to $18k and giving the insurance information. I feel terrible for the buyer's that really wanted the house. I'm sure they don't even know the truth.
We had some wind damage remove a small section of shingles on our roof. We called Heritage on a Monday and clearly explained what the issue was and asked for someone to come out to give us an estimate and get some work done ASAP. They said they could send someone out Thursday and we said, ok great, see you Thursday.
Fast forward to Thursday, we have to call them 3 times every couple of hours to confirm someone will be coming, and each time they give us a generic, "Oh, we'll mark this urgent and have someone call you back and get out there right away." One time the woman on the phone even said, don't worry, I'm marking it as urgent in all capital letters and bold, so they'll definitely see it and get back to you soon.
Here we are, 3 business days later. Nobody showed up, not another word from them. Nobody called us back. Absolutely nothing from them. We wasted an entire week, now there's rain about to come and probably give us water damage. Heritage was extremely unprofessional, an utter waste of time, and probably going to cause us damages by promising service and never delivering.
I can understand if it's too small of a job or they're too busy to actually come out right now, just say so! Jerking us around and outright lying to when they'll show up, then never showing up or even calling us again is downright the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced.
Blake Boyd was incredibly responsive and was quick to work around my schedule. He took my priorities into consideration and provided excellent service definitely recommend!
Great service from beginning to end. They showed up with the insurance company in case they had any questions. The day of the job, they were there bright and early and stayed until everything was cleaned up and put away. It was shortly after dark.
I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very professional and straightforward!

Will and his team did such a great job! From the initial contact with our insurance company to the final details, everything was done on time and with surprisingly little fuss. We even added in some extra work at the end and the results were fabulous! Highly recommend this hard-working crew!!

I appreciated the photo documentation of the condition of my roof both before and after repairs. It was very helpful to be able to see the state of my roof while making the decision about whether to go ahead with repairs. It was free to get an estimate and the estimate was fair for the work that needed to be done. Prior to getting the estimate I wasn't sure what the condition of the roof was since I don't have a tall enough ladder to get up there, but I'm glad I got it looked at because there were a number of cracked shingles and popped nails that could have led to a leak.
