This is the 3rd time Jacob takes care of me. He always does an exceptional job by making sure my car is in perfect conditions before leaving the service department. I appreciate him going out of his way to answer some questions I had about a lease, he also made sure my car way nice and clean before taking it with me. Jacob is nice, attentive, knowledgeable and very efficient!
