Once a few years back we had the pleasure of visiting the store in person. It was lovely. I live in Ohio so a few times a year I order a big shipment of coffee. You will not be disappointed with the quality. flavor or aroma of this coffee. My favorite go to is cinnamon nut graham with a splash of cream.

This place has been great for me to come and study in a very comfortable atmosphere. I can see how large groups would be a problem. The food is okay, nothing great, but I did really enjoy the late and black coffee that I've had there. I also really enjoy how there are multiple stores connected. Helps it feel much larger and much more open!

I love Coffee Times. Everyone is friendly, the seats are comfortable, the shop is fun, the drinks are nice and the tea selection is excellent. I live 3000 miles away now but I still have my mom send me bags of Cinnamon Nut Graham and Coconut Bon Bon coffee (way less silly than it sounds).

I came back to this coffee shop and still love it. It's a warm environment to relax and talk with friends or to get some work done. They offer more than just coffee in drink variety. The lovely cakes and other desserts are amazing as well.

Really, really cool place! They have been open for 35 years, which is really impressive for a coffee shop. A ridiculous amount of options for coffee and tea, a whole annex worth of coffee and tea related goodies (and some fun trinkets), people are very nice and helpful, definitely a place worth checking out if you're in Lexington and you like coffee and tea!

Great gifts for birthdays and the holidays. I love places where you can eat, drink and shop. They have quite a variety of coffee flavors and they're freshly ground! I received the gingerbread coffee for Christmas and it was amazing. But you can't go wrong with the southern pecan coffee, which is a year-round fave!

This little coffee house is fantastic! They have great drinks and scones in particular, but also a great tea and coffee selection to take home with you. I love all the gift ideas and the vintage store next door.

This place smells incredible! I enjoy their Decaf selection because grocery store decaf coffee is flavorless. Coffee Times decaf Columbian tastes as it should. Hooray! The smell of this place is intoxicating. I only went in this last time for a pound of ground decaf Columbian, but it was all I could do not to order a large mochaccino. Now, if they offered a decaf mochaccino, that would be perfect! They probably would if I requested it because they offer any beans in decaf if you make a special request ahead of time. Plus, I'm always tempted to buy one of their selection of ceramic coffee mugs. If you go, don't forget to check out the bins directly in front of the register in the first section where they sell discounted bags of ground coffee marked "our mistake is your gain."

favorite spot of a cup of coffee. I love coming in here to study or get work done- but I am someone who enjoys the hustle & bustle! Delicious coffee- I love getting the flavored coffee of the day. The hot chocolate is also the best I have ever had! Love coffee times- also make sure to check out the connected vintage store Street Scene. Warning: parking here fills up at busy times of the day- small parking lot makes for difficulty at times.

Not sure how I found this spot, probably driving around Lexington and lost, but be assured I have gone back many times since then. I'm not a big coffee fan but my daughter tells me it's pretty good. I like that they have a chalk board explaining all the different coffee options.

Best roastery in the state! Too many bean choices! So many single origin coffees! The vibe is pretty cute too. A little too busy/noisy and a few too little seats for laptop work but people seem to do it there anyway. A great little place to meet family or friends though! Lots of conversation starters.

It's usually somewhat difficult to find a parking spot and a seat inside, but it's great otherwise. You don't always have access to an outlet so it's not a great bet if you need a place to work for a few hours. The coffee is always great, but they put whipcream on their cappuccino if you don't ask them not to.

Coffee times is one I'd met favorite places to get a hot or cold beverage. They have a variety of delicious teas, coffees, and specialty drinks you can order. The desserts are spectacular and indulgent. You can also find freshly roasted coffee beans, loose leaf teas, and a variety of unique mugs, greeting cards, and fun knick knacks. The customer service is always top notch and they baristas are always helpful and accommodating with your food and drink orders. Oh, and if they ask if you want whipped cream, just say yes, you won't be sorry.

A really fun place that I ve only just learned about after living in Lexington for six years. They have all sorts of coffee products (mugs, machines, grinders, etc) as well as the largest selection of locally roasted coffee around (well over 30 tubs, all marked with roasting and tasting notes). The friendly staff will answer any questions you have and will package and grind the coffee to your liking. It also appears that they have their own coffee shop with pastries and seating for those who want to stick around a little longer. I ll certainly be back!

Coffee Times has the best coffee in town, hands down. Locally roasted beans are delicious, the snack and treats are yummy, and I can always find unique items to take home. I am part of their coffee club and a bean card holder!

I've came here every day for the past year or so. This place is hands down the best coffee shop in town from the quality of the roast to the quality of service. Great vibe inside and out, very clean, very cool. They have a coffee side and a store side with cool mugs, even cards to give relatives for special occasions. I couldn't talk this place up enough. Get off Google reviews and get in there and order some iced coffee!!!!

I come here for my coffee beans normally, but the shop and the cafe also have lots of goodies that service lots of needs. Lots of coffee and tea paraphernalia, as well as several cafe foods available. I love the tiramisu.

I m not really a coffee drinker, so I was ecstatic to be able to enjoy a coffee shop atmosphere where I could get a beverage I actually wanted. At most coffee places the non-coffee menu is quite limited and can be a bit expensive. I love tea, which is usually only offered in basic varieties in other places. However, coffee times has an entire WALL OF TEA! The space itself is very cozy and has a variety of different seating suitable for almost anything from studying to socializing. Right next door is a vintage store which is a fun place to take a gander on a study break! Lastly, the staff are awesome. Very friendly, quirky and interesting people. They really pay attention to their customers, I was surprised when the barista knew my order even when I felt like I wasn t too much of a regular (at the time). They have baked goods (quiches, cakes, etc) from local bakeries in a case as well. And for the half committed coffee drinker: they do have some frilly coffee drinks which I do enjoy when I want to switch it up, they change every now and again but are always good. The hot chocolate is also really good. And for the coffee fanatic: I don t know much about coffee, but I do know they roast their own beans in the back (which you can see through a small window). It s the perfect place for me: cozy, friendly, and a great stop for coffee lovers and tea lovers (finally a place where we can all exist together)!

A very fine experience. The location is good, easy to get to (technically I'm a tourist here), the ambiance was very good, the menu options were all excellent including the cold and hot coffee options. I loved the quiche and the way it was served, with some salad on the side, so nicely done on a wooden platter?! Well done! Loved all savory & sweet options. Very different from everywhere else. I liked the little shopping experience in there as well. I wish they had a "couch corner" for a way-too-comfy experience, however, I have nothing to complain about really. Keep up the good work and I'll be back shortly!

More coffees and teas than I've ever seen in one place before! And GREAT coffee drinks freshly made to order. Laid back coffee house atmosphere, diverse crowd, variety of tables and seating-some people studying, others chatted and moved on. Also for sale was plenty of caffeine paraphernalia - French presses, mugs, flavorings, grinders, bakery goods, books for light reading etc.

Try the hot Hollywood! High caffeine and high flavor! Pastries are good but are hit and miss for freshness... but when they are fresh, <3, still a 5 cause they keep a wide variety and they're homemade, that's tough to manage. Wish hours were later! why does LEX close so early!?

I ve been trying to only give 5 stars but I have to be honest the wait time here whether it s a packed house or you re 1 of 5 people is really ridiculous. My husband and I went on a date and there wasn t much going on but our coffee was 10-15 minutes of a wait and then cold (we didn t order an iced coffee Incase that s what you re thinking). I want to always support local businesses but every time we come it s the longest wait for 2 coffees and then to have them cold is disappointing.

Always a great cup of coffee! And they have a very wide selection of teas and coffees that you can open and smell before ordering. Great to order by the pound for brewing at home too! They also have a nice selection of coffee and tea accessories, fun gift ideas.

Good coffee and small but very good food selections. Of course wifi encourages drinking more and eating more while working or browsing Internet. I love the store section and wonderful choices of coffees as well as great gift choices too.

Tables are spaced out and plenty of room between for people to sit. Coffee is great, doesn t taste burnt and overall good experience. I recommend the Miami Muffin - it is an orange muffin with chocolate chips.

One of my favorite coffee shops! They have the best fresh roasted coffee they grind and roast in house! They have homemade whipped cream (delicious) and the staff is always so nice! I buy my coffee from and you can order it online! I live in Louisville but this is where I always get my coffee. Love it!

Friendly, independently-owned, and old-school, Coffee Times has really fast Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee refills for $2, and a good atmosphere for work/study/chatting. Why make the Starbucks CEO even richer when you could help a local Lexington business?

I'm a fan. I'm a newer patron to coffee times coffee, but I think it's awesome. Plenty of ports to plug in your laptop to work---they dangle from the ceiling, which I thought was pretty neat. There's a vintage shop attached, that's really cool, also. The staff are pretty awesome and willing to deal with my custom orders and questions about the daily roasts. The coffee is great. And I'm kind of picky about my coffee. It's a good space to work and meet with friends, or just stop in for a cup of coffee on the way to work. I highly recommend.
