Good food but a 45min wait time for some calamari and chips. Straight up lost our order when we were one of three groups at the Cafe. Staff seemed incredibly flustered and poorly managed. Only reason we got food was because one of the waiters heard us complaining about the wait and asked what we had ordered. Seriously if you forget an order at least own up to it and ask instead of making us wait.
I like coffee club but not here.
Chicken was not fresh with smell. Even simple chips were not cooked well.
There s a reason this shop got low ratings compared to other branches.

Food came out uncooked or overcooked. It was horrible. Staff weren t apologetic, nor did they seem qualified to be working there. Won t be back. Don t waste your time.
I couldn't understand why the staff was angry. It took 7min to get unsavory take away coffee. They went this way and that with orders even though only 3 or 4 tables were occupied. There are so many lovely cafe and nice staff in brisbane. I strongly recommend to visit other cafe.
Nice service..chips cold calamari needed cooking for another minute
I ordered a moca frappe and was very poor in taste, I felt like having a glass of frozen water, attractive to the sight but not meeting the expectations.
Very long wait, staff looked surly, coffee came after long wait then finally breakfast arrived bacon burnt . Restaurant very noisy , all up horribleexperience.

We have used Coffee Club George street for our office coffee supplies for some time now and have always been very happy.

I ordered the big breakfast with poached eggs and a white hot chocolate. After being told they did not have the drink i ordered i was given a replacement, room temperature cappuccino. When my food came out the eggs were not poached and clearly microwaved. After complaining to the staff a chef came out and argued the fact that they had not been microwaved and refused to refund me for my poorly put together order. Fortunately another staff member reminded her that if a customer is unhappy with their food they deserve to be reimbursed. Will not be returning.
Place was near empty with only 4 other tables and 6 staff working. Waited 45 minutes for food which arrived cold and had missing items. During the 45 minute wait only 4 other plates of food went out from the kitchen. Told wait staff food was cold and items missing and they were useless in fixing the problem. Asked to speak to a manager who was clueless and not wiling to accept any resoundingly or feedback. This franchise is a disgrace to the Coffe Club name.
If your looking for a place to sit back and watch 6 staff run around clueless then you'll have a great laugh at this place.
Brisbane Square Coffee Club meals yesterday weren't of usual Coffee Club standard. My husband's steak burger wasn't very hot, was served with chips only and no salad. My garden vegie flat grill was over-toasted (burnt edges) with minimal filling, especially the sweet potato and avocado and one olive! Coffees were ok but not extra hot as ordered. We didn't send anything back as we were hungry and on the run to Central Station to return to the Sunshine Coast. I also felt the young staff weren't on their game which is a shame. This is the first unfavourable review I've ever given Coffee Club and we eat at Coffee Clubs quite regularly.
The coffee was coffee club standard but the staff were very nice and enjoyed the service.
What a disappointment. Rude staff, inaccurate orders and waiting over an hour fit breakfast when we're the only people in the cafe is just unacceptable. Not up to coffee club standards at all. Avoid.
Nothing good to say about my recent lunch experience. Little to no care was given to the meals, and quite a lot of traffic made it hard to have a conversation.
Good service and a fair price. Coffee was excellent but took 15minutes to get .
Had the big breakfast and an affogato. Service is all right, didn't wait long, but ingredient is NOT fresh! Cannot taste egg/tomato/spinach at all! And coffee is not satisfactory quite expensive for such food

Felt cheated when I got my muesli bowl. Normally, you get a good serving of muesli at its counterparts, some milk, but not here. In hindsight, I should have sent it back.
I do not recommend this coffee club had to wait ages for meals and coffees and they still didn't get the meal right took them 2 times to get it right alot of people were asking for there money back while we were there
Coffee was nice but latte art was below standards, not much effort put into presentation for meal. Smashed Avocado was way over seasoned with lemon juice to probably mask the freshness of the avocado. Over priced considering what was given portion speaking. Staff and Service was lovely though, surprisingly want to come back again but much more could be done to improve the atmosphere of this cbd cafe.
