What, I don't know why this has come up never ever eaten there but I have walked past it and it smells OK and I did see someone drinking coffee

It's okay. I've had much better. Not awful though. Depends what you like.

Ask for a Beef, Bacon Burger but got a Bacon and tomato burnt ciabata. Also asked for 2x very well done poached eggs but got 2x very runny yoke&whites. Extremely disappointed.

Coffee arrived in 5 minutes, the toasty took 45 minutes, obviously the coffee was cold by then. The staff wondered around as if in a dream and the chef could not have been slower, never again will we visit this restaurant.

Dirty Tables, asked to clean but never did, bad service, food took forever to make although place was almost empty, food itself was bad, tasteless and very small portion, one dish was undercooked and saggy the other was dry, the only reason we ate it because we paid so much for it.. extremely overpriced for the horrible food experience.. would not recommend at all!!

Quick and easy, a big expensive and the scrambled eggs were a bit too raw- but thats just preference. Overall a very chill morning. got a coffee and big brekky- came to $25ish. Food came out fast which was good.

Food was okay, not to the quality I'm use to. Cafe is a bit outdated. The cafe has plenty of potential, just lacking a little in presentation and menu choice.

Stopped in for a coffee on a Saturday afternoon out of sheer convenience. Got lackluster service and an overpriced, average-quality beverage. Wait staff had grubby uniforms, ignored a request I made about my coffee, and rudely and loudly started taking menus and caddies off tables (including the one I was sitting at) a full hour before closing time. They were definitely eager to get rid of customers and made that clear.

I was reminded of why I had stopped going to Coffee Club a while ago, but the poor service I received at this particular location more than reinforced that decision. Convenience or no, won't be going back.

Like Starbucks in other parts of the world coffee average or below with good pastries

Asked for a cappuccino and 3 sugar.... It arrive with no sugar in so she took 3 bag of sugar from the table and she brought a fork for mix the sugar in the cappuccino.... O. M. G...... HAHAHA she could give me a chop stick to turn it would it be easier... No good service at all

Relaxing vibe and attentive staff I recommend as a great place for work meetings

We visited on 10/04/18. I had bought a lunch voucher from Cudo for $35.00 which was for lunch, sides and any drink (including alcohol) for 2 people. I took my daughter in for lunch in the school holidays. The people at Coffee Club were very reluctant to fulfil my voucher and argued with me in front of other customers about the drinks, first saying we could only have water or soft drink, then only a hot coffee, not an iced latte, and also with lunch, either a meal or sides, not both. He was looking up the fine print even though I had a printed voucher clearly stating the deal. It was embarrassing and upsetting. I said forget the sides, we just wanted lunch and coffee which we finally got, very ungraciously. The food and coffee were good, very nice but I was made to feel very unwelcome, I am very disappointed in the way we were treated. I will not go back there.

We had a passion fruit cheese cake with cream and icecream, along with a delishious Mango ice drink.
The service was fast and friendly it was also nice to sit outside.
Great spot and the Mango drink hit the spot.

The food and coffee was ok but the service was not that good. I received my coffee with a fork rather than a tea spoon. Also didn't get any shared plate although the waitress knew we were sharing the meal.

The stars are for the VIEW! just sitting there next to the river makes it a GREAT place to visit

My first time here, ordered a steak sandwich (normally something CC does very well and one of my favourite launches).

Steak is like rubber, chips are very cold.

Really disappointing

We approached the counter and the staff didn't acknowledge our existence. Female staff member acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order. Food took 40 minutes to arrive and was terrible compared to other Coffee Club's. Wasted $45 on breakfast for 2. Would not reccommend.

Took over 15 minutes for our coffee and half an hour for food. Terrible service. Very blaz'e and slow. Not friendly. Food for price terrible and small portions.

Way too expensive, and the quality is so so at best.

Aweful experience, we went there this morning for breakfast with my sister and partner, we waited 45 minutes for our meals, 1 wasn't delivered so 3 of us ate ours then the last one was delivered. All were cold but we were so hungry at 10am we ate them. Will never go to this coffee club franchise again, the kitchen were hopeless and they were very understaffed, 1 star is generous.

Table service and shared toilets. Good seating and comfortable.

Never had eggs benny with the salmon on the side and uncooked spinach. The beans in the big breakfast was cold. Didn't really suit my taste.

This was horrible. Honestly hand on my heart I can say this is the worst coffee club establishment in the world.
I still feel sick. My meal came out 40 minutes after ordering (the place was empty) and I got the wrong food. I politely took a refund and understood it was nobody s fault.
10 minutes after eating a few bites of my girlfriends meal I am now feeling sick, dizzy and like I could vomit. Slow staff, sickening food, 3 bad experiences here in a row.
Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
The place needs to be sold and turned into a store with staff that care about customers, food that s non-toxic and you don t have to grow old and sickly waiting for a meal. Have a nice day everyone, except coffee club.

Average breakfast and average coffee, staff was ok not much help but you get what you pay for

50min wait for coffee and 70min wait for food. Cafe was only half full. Won t be coming back.

Please don't put DINE IN coffees in take away cups, that's so bad for the environment and I don't get it???????????? I'm never coming back here....

Why would a place have the gall to call themselves The Coffee Club when they don t serve amazing coffee.

Five of us visited for breakfast. 5 out of 5 coffee orders were incorrect. One person sent his order back and asked for a refund as the food was not properly cooked. Another ordered a vegetarian meal which actually had bacon in it. Overall not a great experience.

Their milkshakes weren't cold enough for me - too warm

Terrible. Food cold, 3 meals ordered together, each meal came 20 minutes apart. Poached eggs were hard boiled, bacon was squealing, toast was cold

The worst Coffee club I've been too!!!! they got our order wrong and then the staff member who served us couldn't care less. The food was horrible, especially the kids nuggets (i won't call them Chicken nuggets because I'm pretty sure they contained no Chicken) The whole place was dirty and we struggled to find a clean table. Obviously run and staffed by people who don't care.
This place gives all Coffee Clubs a bad name.

This place was amazing to get a coffee at lunch but when I came for English Breakfast Tea I only got 1 and a half cups out of my tea, shocking. I went to Calamvale Coffee Club and I got 4 cups!!!! AMAZING
I recommend going to Eagle Pier Street Coffee Club if you still want a coffee club in the city

Asked for a Ceaser salad and got a bowl of lettuce and a few pieces of rock hard bacon, will not be back.

Poor service. Waited more than 30 mins for my meal. Sunny side up eggs were overcooked. Bacon rashers burnt. Disappointed as CC breakfasts are usually really good.

Nice place to relax and drink coffee. Have a great view of the wheel of Brisbane and the bridge

Breakfast took forever to come and was the worst eggs Benedict I've ever seen. Would of got more satisfaction throwing my money into the wind. Serious rip off

I have mainly visited this Coffee Club for a take out coffee at it is conveniently located. I have never eaten here so cannot comment on the food but the service I have received has always been fast and friendly.

Nice view of the casino...but the traffic is a bit loud. Great service overall.

They got 2 out of 3 drink order wrong, and we order coffee to the meal which came long after we finished our meal. One person got food long before the others, and the meal was a bit tasteless.

Regular Friday night free salsa, great fun but too many folk standing too close and getting trodden on.

They got two out of three drink orders wrong. One plate of sourdough avo came early, but the others took long. The bread was soggy and the meal was tasteless and sad looking. Explained bad service with that they re Busy (not one quarter of the restaurant was Even full, only 6 tables was occupied). Needed to Ask several times for missing things, like coffee and food. Do not recommend this establishment to any one in a hurry, since it took about an hour to get everything that we ordered. Our orders came slowly and sporadically.

Coffee thickshake was good, reasonable service time. The salmon and avocado stack came out with extremely under ripe avocado. Was given a $3.50 refund and no avocado.

Ignored at the counter while staff chatted to themselves. Coffee was fine but breakfast meal was awful. The worst smashed avo I have ever had. Looked and tasted like avacado spread from the supermarket.it was flat and tasteless with poor presentation. Feta hardly visible. A lesson in how to ruin a good franchise brand.

ordered a sweet pot & chicken salad. asked for no cranberries. they didn't listen. wheres the feta that is supposed to be in there?????

Made 2 mistakes with my order. Slow service. Plain croissant of a below average quality was rather expensive - over 5 AUD.

Dont waste your time, it took 25 minutes to get 3 coffees with the place about 20% full at best. After 20 minutes I went to check on what was going on and they had lost my order even though it's electronic.

Horrible coffee. I got a latte and the espresso was burnt. If you aren't a big coffee drinker you may not know the difference, but when you drink coffee everyday and notice those things this place is no good.

Waiting more than 20 minutes for a latte coffee. They may waiting for the coffee bean to delivery from a warehouse.

Table next to me even waiting longer for a banana smoothie. However the whole coffee shop has less than 20 customers only

They make you stand around order when it's not busy and don't seem to care about customers I walk away to another nearby cafe was served order and recover a coffee quickly with friendly service. I won't meeting anyone at the coffee club soon.

As you would expect, the coffee taste good but comes with a price. Coffee with small Nutella croissant costs over $8.

"Could we please look at the omelette menu?"

"Here's the menu."

"No, the omelette menu; this menu says 'Ask us for the omelette menu.'"

"We don't have an omelette menu."

"How do I know what I can have on an omelette, and how much does it cost?"

"It's just omelette things, for about $15 to $20."

"That's pretty vague."

*Shrug goes the manager*

" We'll just get the flatbread special, thanks..."

2 stars total, one for getting our order right and one for it coming out in under 15mins.

Spent $40+ and asked for a single takeaway cup before we left and were told that it wouldn't be free. Food was average.

Coffee club deal $1 coffee with any cake purchase. What's there not to like about that?
