Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and quick to get orders out. I ordered take out and my wait time was less than 10 minutes and everything was fresh. Prices are a little high for what you get, but the good food and great staff make it worth it!

I was very disappointed in the food. The dish I ordered was bland. The dish my son ordered came with all the things we asked to be left out.

Salsa is watered down food is just subpar. The staff always seem super rushed and understaffed. Drinks are not that strong or a Mexican restaurant.

Our favorite Mexican place, hands down! Great food, great drinks, huge menu, clean environment. Lucy and Raphael are always around and making sure things are perfect. We're here a couple times a month. Keep up the good work!!!

Will be calling the health department on this place cause cold under cooked chicken is not acceptable. Too bad I make it negative stars.

Alcoholic beverages taste like juice no signs of any liquor so very over priced food had no real flavor not impressed won't be back and portions are small.

The food quality is horrible compared to what it was before they closed. The food was so bland it could be hospital food. They charge $6 for a kid's meal and them another $3 for a drink. This was one of our favorite restaurants before the closed. They changed all the menus and recipes when they reopened.

I don't know if this is Mexican, tex-mex, or whatever, but I like to think of this s Mexican-American. This isn't a Rick Bayless joint ... It's more like George Lopez or Cheech Marin. You'll find a large menu selection (with numbers) of traditional favorites and also ala-cart. large burritos, great fajita platters, combos and of course: tacos. Lunch menu is separate which is a bit of a bummer, but they make up for it by having an awesome (yet small) dessert menu. The chimi-cheesecake is delicious! Oh! best chips and salsa in town!

Living in the South the previous 20 years I suppose has spoiled me, the food here is very bland. Good service however.

What a great place, great authentic food, good prices. I wish I had stopped here sooner. This will become our family place to go for Mexican Food for sure

Food was average, service was awkward and overbearing. As a server myself I wanted to tell them their system of having 4 servers walk around in circles checking on each table as a team, with only 5 tables in the whole restaurant is both unnecessary and annoying for their customeras. Being asked by 4 different people if I want another margarita in a 5min span, while my friend has been waiting 20min for her drink that was made incorrectly to begin with, is both annoying and aggravating. The mistake with the drink was that they have a cherry lemonade with vodka on the drink list, my friend pointed to it while ordering but somehow the lady brought a regular lemonade in a plastic cup. 4 different people were told of there error.... The drink finally made it to our table at the same time as our dinner. At that point we just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. So, food was Ok but the service is too uncomfortable and unorganized for me to be interested in dining there again. Hope they get it together.

I LOVE Mexican food and this is delicious!!! Great portions, amazing staff, great tasting food and accommodating. I order pick-up all the time and definitely recommend it over the poorly established Chipotle across the street.

I love this place! Ive taken dates, friends, and family, never had a bad meal. Sometimes the service is a little lacking, but the food is always worth the wait. The food is fresh, affordable, and tasty!
Think about them for Taco Tuesday, also a margarita special, I think Mondays, but I forget.

New owners (as of 8/30/2017) and the quality of service and food has tanked. The only bright spot was the salsa. Unfortunately the fajitas were bland, the rice not very Mexican and the tacos severely lacking in any flavors that are typical of an authentic Mexican meal. Coco's locos was once a staple in our lunch rotation but with the new owners we don't expect to visit again.

Went to grab lunch on Sunday. Place was pretty empty so I was thinking it may not be very good. Before we left my picky wife says I am allowed to bring her back. The guac was delicious and service was fast and friendly.

Everything is great here food,drinks and the service as well. The best mexican restaurant on the eastside.

My first time in this restaurant and it was such an unpleasant experience, the rice and beans were spoiled as it is possible that nobody pays attention to the dishes before delivering it to the customers, then we are talking with one of the waitresses and another waitress intervenes In a haughty way to contradict me, he has 0 customer service and his palate is super decomposed because in order not to realize that the rice and beans were almost sour, what can the restaurant expect with such a staff, after changing my plate for French fries and the steak to be honest I ate it with disgust.

Excellent. The food was great, especially the Chipotle Burrito. It's gigantic and delicious. The service left a bit to be desired which is why I'm dropping a star.

Our server was great. I have never been here. I didn't think I liked Mexican food. My quesadilla was very good. My party also had the frozen mango margaritas. I never had them before. Very good. My Cinco de Mayo was awesome!

Everytime I come into this place with my family , it is a great experience. Being from Cleveland where customer service at a lot of places are struggling to leave me anything positive to say. Coco Locos leaves me impressed everytime! The level of service and the experience is one I recommend it s a small jewel I m happy I found in Willoughby! Thank you for your great service and I definitely recommend you try them !

A great restaurant to go to after being at the hospital across the street all day. Prompt, friendly service. Fresh, hot & tasty food. Just beware of the drink menu, which has no pricing printed on it. I ended up with a $10.99 margarita that was bigger than my cat's head with a lot of ice in it. I'll return again and check out their happy hour specials for more reasonable options. Overall, worth checking out.

My daughter is totally addicted to the chicken chimichanga and we have lunch there every week. The food is tremendous the owner and staff are wonderful.

Ripped off by the vegetarian options. I paid 10$ for a mushroom with potatoes and three corn tortillas. I would do anything for that money back I shouldn't be spending on that cruddy food.

My daughters and I walked in just before closing on a Sunday night...I was apprehensive as I thought they wouldn't want to seat us so late in the shift. I was reassured that we were fine and just to try and order quickly as the kitchen would begin breakdown soon. The food was AMAZING as always, service with a smile. As the place cleared out and they began their closing duties our waiter kept checking on us and being attentive. I was really impressed! Highly recommended if u want to enjoy quality food and personable service that is affordable.
