I've been waiting for someone to help unlock a case for 20 mins. Hire more people to help customers FFS

I order some AirPods for pick up today and they where ready in a couple hours after I had ordered them. The female who attended me was so polite and nice. She had great customer service !

Walmart is busy as ever, nothing out of the ordinary. I love this place and I hope it never go away.

It s Walmart, not much to say about it. It s in the hood so you can t expect much. Not one of the best I ve been to. It does have a lot of self checkouts. But even those lines are always so long.

They was nice and gave me a mask because I didn't have one to stop the spread of covid19

It was busy and a typical Walmart, kids running around everywhere. They were out of a lot of food.

The shelves are always empty, there is no variety of products

Its a good store but from my experience the employees are trash and rude asf! I was looking for help finding an item and after approaching many Employees, each rudely said something to the extent of.. Not my department, or I'm off the clock. Eventually I got help. If management where to clean house I could see this being a really good store!

Large lines at all checkouts, no express advantage as large orders in express lines also; 15 minutes in line to buy 2 items.

Better than the one across from at&t stadium. They are rude and don't respect there customers.

Everything was picked over or out of stock. The egg dept had row after row of broken eggs cartons full of cracked eggs too. Yuuuck

Worst customer service ever Jefferson (Jeffery) head of pick up orders does not know what customer service is. Very rude. Needs more training. Learn how to talk to customers!!!!!!!

There are many closed boxes even when there is a lot of row.

Trash workers are rude and so is management. Pick up is ok as long as there is no issues with ur order but if u I ve ti speak with someone they are not helpful and customer service don t even want ti give u the time to explain the issue

I actually avoid this Wal-Mart and prefer to travel a little further to other locations but I had no other choice today. I needed a new rear tire and they close at 7 pm I come in around 6:41pm there are three to four mechanics not working on vehicles but talking to another female associate. I specifically ask if they had time to do a tire change one guy says, "we're not taking anymore cars sorry ma'am" but they are literally standing there having a non related work conversation. As I'm leaving I hear laughter because they don't care and they could go back to their convo undisturbed.I could see if I was asking for a full tune up. I ended going to another place who changed my tire in less than 10 minutes.

The lines are always crowded, I don't care what time of the day it is, never having enough cashiers on hand

They need to get more scooters for the handicaped!!!!! (All your stores) I always have to leave and can't buy anything because it's way too far to walk when the store is as big as 10 football fields! You need to cater to the weak and disabled also, we have a little money and need things too! Negative 20 stars!!!!!!!!!!

The Wal-Mart I went to today was what a supercenter should be. Well stocked with quality merchandise and friendly associate's. It was worth the extra time and trouble to get there. I live in Oak Cliff a little over a mile from the Wal-Mart on Ledbetter and its totally different.

I went to Wal-Mart and was kinda surprised on what's happening there, and maybe to all the other Wal-Marts. It is becoming to were all customers will check their own selves out! No more checkers available anymore! To me that is sad, because it means less jobs available to those who need and like to work with the public.

Hate going to this Walmart. Long lines and unhappy employees. Only go to pick up online orders. Rather drive to the one off Clark Rd for anything we need.

1st time to use the online ordering and pick up feature!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!! No more standing in line after walking all over the store!! Will be using this all the time!!

Great on low prices but bad on enforcing the wear of mask of their employees and guest

This is a busy Walmart, it's definitely cleaner than most of them.

Great variety of products at a great price, you find everything from sweets to meat, things for the home and even tools such as drills and other tools

Pharmacy was horrible .Didn't want to make my refile due to closing at 6pm but are open till 9
Tomthumb more then willing made it happen at 8pm

Aceves take a long time to help find things or answer questions.

Was very easy to find things. People where ready to leave work though and came togther and got everyone checked out.

This Walmart, unlike all other Walmarts makes the Salvation Army bell ringers stay outside during cold and rainy weather.

Good layout, staff very helpful upon request. Checkouts adequate for number of shoppers. Will go back to this store if needed.

You cab do all your shopping in one place. Good prices, many own checkout lanes. The only negative is the parking lots do not feel safe at all. Yeah everywhere and very suspicious people.

They do not accept the registration to buy liquor or cerbesa.

Horrific! Under construction with everything in complete disarray. Avoid at all costs until finished!

I have nothing bad to say about this place was pleasant as always helpful staff will always assist you and great family atmosphere keeps me coming back

Customer service for returns is slow, no sense of urgency during peak times lunch hours, rush hour times only have one cashier with nonchalant attitude. Needs improvement immediately
