Terrible consumer attitude, marketing and so-called Loyalty program! You collect one month of points and then you do not get to pick them up as a gift because you are not in Serbia and you have no chance to take your gift !!! Points scored and I don't count, because there aren't enough gifts as many plugs as there are.
When I called to pick up a gift, willing to go anywhere because I liked it a lot, they told me I couldn't. Why? If they met all the customers who called for a gift (five in total), they couldn't do anything else!
