Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be a little nerve wracking, but not with Coast to Coast. Honestly, I personally hate dealing with car salesman. Most of our car buying process was done over the phone, which was very convenient. We found Cody to be attentive to our needs, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Was working on a deal with RJ and got the car sold from underneath me. Got to point where they evaluated my trade only to find out car was sold while confirming logistics. RJ was inexperienced and had to talk to his manager about everything. Subsequent calls were not returned.

Came down to Coast to Coast from Fort Wayne, looking to replace my 2006 Volvo XC90. I decided to shop there due to their inventory (great selection of luxury SUVs) and because I had heard good things about their service. I worked with Ihsan, who did a fantastic job of listening to exactly what I was looking for with my new Volvo XC90. He gave me some great options to consider and was willing to do whatever it took to make a great deal. I got a good value for my trade and a great price on the 2018 XC90 that I purchased. I brought 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL- Class GL450 about 58days ago at coast to coast import- Fishers the sales rep package this car for me very well. Not knowing that its was a bad car. between when the car was purchase and now, I have spend close to half of the total price of the car at Mercedes-Benz office in repairing, have to sort issues on the same car.. these people are scam. GOT SCREWED OVER BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM.

Jay Bechara helped my young daughter during her first time purchasing a car all by herself. I was there just in case.

She had a Mini on her mind when she arrived. She found it online with all the pretty pictures. So, I suggested see it personally and drive it before to decide.
Jay was always patient and understanding during the whole election process, test driving and details. She was not convinced after that, didn't like certain things of the car.

Walking the lot she discovered another convertible that was not in her plans but he suggested to try it.
It was a joy ride, she started liking it little by little and the end it was her decision to keep the Volvo.
That was week ago, I recently asked her and she told me she feels completely happy with the car and the whole purchasing process.

Kim is great! My purchase was one of necessity as my prior car was totaled and this was not a more relaxed purchase of choice. Kim responded to my inquiry immediately, sent pics, answered 1000 questions, helped deal with a discrepancy and every other detail of this purchase. Buying a car online is different and I m a little past 30 so I had more questions, she had more patience. She showed respect to her bosses, when I questioned policy and she showed respect to me as well. In every way she has made this purchase easy and simple. Coast to Coast was a great group to work with. They were very communicative through the process. This was my first car purchase remotely and across state lines but they handled it with ease (including my trade in). With everything, there will be hiccups but even the small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The title took a few weeks to arrive but once I got it, registration was easy. I would work with Coast to Coast without any reservations!

Had my doubts buying a vehicle remotely but this dealership came through really well. They obliged on most of my demands including 3rd party inspection to put my mind at ease and even facilitated a remote trade. I purchased the vehicle without personally looking at it but it arrived in immaculate shape with all paperwork in order. There were a few major hiccups during shipping but they made up for it with an upgrade to covered transport. Very happy with the transaction and my car so far.

When my family wants a luxury car we go to Coast to Coast Imports. I sent my mother to the Fishers store to see a Tesla S and Mohammed Rasim took great care of her. She was very satisfied with the showroom condition and professional treatment. They are the leaders of high end vehicles in Indy hands down!

Do NOT buy from this dealership....they will stab you in your back !! The first time I contacted the dealership was from my bank while I was securing a loan for a car. I told the salesman I was interested in a certain car, I was out of state, and due to my job, (I travel for work), I would pick it up on Wednesday (this was on Thursday when I called). My bank was in contact with the salesman during the day. She told him that there would be no problem for me to get the loan. Later that evening the salesman called me asking if I could put money down to hold the car. I said sure, and asked if a credit card would be okay. He said yes and took down the info. Later that evening, I bought 2 airline tickets for my wife and I to Indianapolis on Wednesday so we could pick up the car together. We were in touch Friday just to send a pic of my drivers license. Monday morning I got a call from the salesman asking if I was still coming to get the car on Wednesday. I said yes, told him I bought airline tickets and gave him my arrival time. 15 minutes later he texted me asking if I could send him my itinerary and flight info, so I did. About 3 hours later, he gave me a call and said they sold the car. This is after they promised me they would hold the car with my CC info and after I showed them airline tickets that I purchased. I called the airline and the tickets are non-refundable. I paid a lot of money, and got screwed over because I trusted these people. I called Monday to talk with a manager and was told he would call me back. Same on Tuesday....still no call. Wednesday (3rd call), I finally talked with a manager, he hadn't heard the whole story. He said the owner would call me the next day. Surprise......NO call !!!! NO ONE should ever have to get cheated out of money like this !! They should be ashamed that they even mention customer service on their website.

Don t buy a car from this dealership. I had to make 6 calls and send 2 emails to get an offer. After we made a deal verbally, they approved financing and I asked for a purchase agreement to be sent 3 times. I then get a text from the finance manager that they sold the car to someone else. I called during store hours and no one picked up and the finance manager did not respond to my text.

I wouldn t think about going anywhere else to buy my vehicles. Omar makes the buying experience a pleasurable one. You can always expect top notch customer service with Coast to Coast.

Ishan and Addison Made buying my car from coast to coast a simple and pleasurable process

So two years ago, I bought a BMW 535 X drive from them with 45K miles on it. They did not bother to tell me the car had been wrecked, nor did they tell me that the car had a manufacturers warranty. Come to find out, BMW had to repair the car that was drifting all over the road at highway speeds under BMW warranty --- seriously unsafe! I tried to get coast to coast to fix it 1st and they told me nothing was wrong. BMW basically had to replace the entire front end. Coast to coast evidently bought the car and repaired it or resold it knowing it had issues. Oh, and they sold me a repair warranty that was supposed to be for 85K miles in addition to the miles on the car... But just found out it was really for only 10K miles per year or 40,000 miles for $4,300... So basically $1,000 per year for under 10,00 miles. It was very deceptive of them and just a very bad experience over the coarse of the ownership of the car. The car was wrecked and was a total loss which is how I found out about the ridiculous extended warranty! BUYER BEWARE OF THE SHADY PRACTICES OF COAST TO COAST! Won't be buying another car from them...EVER!

I had purchased a used car from Coast to Coast auto's in Fishers Indiana in the beginning of January. After a few days of owning the car, I started having some engine issues.

After a discussion with a Manager, they had set me up with my own personal technician by the name of Tyrone. I could not of asked for a better person to work on my car. Not only did the dealership work with me to fix already existing problems to the car, but they allowed me to have a loaner while this was going on because it took some time for the repairs.

I went in several weeks ago planning on looking at a used Lincoln Mkz they had for sale. When I came I asked about the car the salesman acted like he wasn't sure they had it. Did the test drive and had a few questions regarding the car. I felt like they were pushy and did not know the car they were attempting to sell me.

This place lives up to its name the staff work with me from start to finish. Hundreds of miles away purchase a vehicle that only saw from pictures. Upon arrival I was amazed how the vehicle look mint condition. Although I purchase the car in March 2020 I m just leaving a review. I have had ample amount of time to get a feel of the vehicle and to see if there were any hidden things that might just change my mind. It s November 2 2020.
