Kim is great! My purchase was one of necessity as my prior car was totaled and this was not a more relaxed purchase of choice. Kim responded to my inquiry immediately, sent pics, answered 1000 questions, helped deal with a discrepancy and every other detail of this purchase. Buying a car online is different and I m a little past 30 so I had more questions, she had more patience. She showed respect to her bosses, when I questioned policy and she showed respect to me as well. In every way she has made this purchase easy and simple.
