Overall. I am very satisfied with my experience with Coast-to-Coast. Despite the fact that at one point the process became a bit "tense" , the General Sales Manager, Mr. Ty Lowery, Sr. via his professionalism and high commitment to customer service saved the sale and I got my beautiful vehicle...2018 Infiniti Q50!!! And I must give kudos to Steve as well. He was also just as professional and accommodating to us once we arrived at the dealership to close the deal! If you want OUTSTANDING customer service and support, ask for Ty or Steve!!!
