We don't buy cars online or sight unseen. Jay was our sales person, he went above and beyond to make sure we were confident in our purchase. We asked for pictures of the underside of the car as well as engine close up pictures. Jay did accomplished this immediately to satisfy us. Jay also provided a walk around video of the car, which was not at the time available on line. Jay even took the time to talk with us while he was at home away from the dealership. Jay is a true professional and was not pushing or a hard seller to buy the car. Addison the financial manager was also very accommodating to make the sale feel comfortable. We highly recommend anyone based on our experience with Jay, Addison and Coast to Coast imports... Also we live 315 miles away from the dealership.

My husband and I went to CTC looking for two pretty specific cars and with a unique trade in situation. We walked away with exactly what we were looking for and with an amazing deal. Had a great experience buying a car here! Cody was great and super helpful. He answered all the questions I had and made the car buying experience less stressful. The only recommendation I would have is that I wish the dealership communicated with me more about the process/ car delivery. I felt like I had to do a lot of inquiring on my own rather than them providing me with the info I needed. Other than that it was a great experience and Cody was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Great guy!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Coast to Coast. The overall experience was not bad but there is some room for improvement. Below are the Pros and Cons to my experience.

Pros
- Salesman:
Austin, came right out and help us. This should be a norm for dealerships, but found it difficult as we visited several dealerships, large and small, that day. Austin was good to work with and overall a good guy.

- Financing process:
Since we were preapproved through our bank this was an easy process. I do have to give props to the team as they expedited our process since we had to get in and out quickly. I think we were in and out in 30 minutes.

Vehicle Price:
The vehicle was priced right for the options and had what we wanted. Since we did a lot of research we did not have to haggle with the pricing as it was already at the bottom of the comps.

Detail Shop:
This seems to be a fading part of the dealership industry. Most vehicles we have purchased in recent history were not well cleaned and needed to be detailed upon purchase. Since we were fast tracking getting our vehicle, Austin and the team put our vehicle at the front of the line. The team did a good job to wash, dress the tires, as well as vacuum and dress the interior.

Con
Service Shop:
I like the fact that they have an on-site service shop. For being a small dealership it was nice to see. The one and only service manager works hard to keep everything moving, but he definately needs some assistance. I only say this because it was difficult to get him on the phone. I think I left my name and number about 4-6 times over the course of a few days. After going on-site for new tires I could see that he was definitely hustling and wearing a lot of hats. I did wait for 1.5 hours before they came out and told me the tires for our vehicle were shipped to another dealership. A little frustrating as my drive each way was 30 minutes. They gave me a loaner until the vehicle was complete 1 day later. The other knock on this piece of the transaction is that when picking up the vehicle it was very dirty from the nearby construction. Not that it was their fault, but this is something that could improve the customer experience.

Love and trust these guys. Our car buying experience is always a great experience. They know their import vehicles very well. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them since they opened their doors.

After buying an Escalade from this business, I need to warn others. We drove four hours for this truck. Upon seeing it, we realize the rims are in terrible condition. We were told they were in great condition. It was also supposed to be washed and detailed upon arrival, which it was not. As we talked to the salesman, he would leave for 20 min at a time to talk to the manager. During this time, the car was supposed to be detailed. When we went to leave, we noticed it still hadn t been washed. So, the salesman again said it would be. When we left, it was clear they had wiped it down and still had not washed it. The inside of the windshield was so dirty.
Then, we get home. Turns out, they never gave us the headphones for the DVD system. I contacted them and said they would send them and now two weeks later I haven t received them. And, as we started using 4 wheel drive with snow, we realize the four wheel drive in the truck is broken! They should have resolved or disclosed this. To make matters worse, no one has contacted me to talk to me after I complained about a lack of communication and the four wheel drive. Do not use this company!! Shady as can be!!

Excellent service. Outstanding staff. I didnt feel like I was buying a car. I felt like I was wanted there. Great peices for real true quality. I dont feel taken advantage of. I can trust the service department.

I wanted to take a few minutes to rate my recent BMW buying experience at Coast to Coast. I highly recommend this dealer for your used and new car purchases. The staff in this dealership are well trained and professional. The sales rep assisting me with the purchase was Melissa Resler. I never felt I was being pressurized. She listened to me, promptly and professionally responded to my each question. She was friendly and patient in the whole process, and explicitly explains all the fees/taxes that may apply beforehand. No surprises there. Being an out-of-state buyer I was nervous but all of the staff I interacted with made my purchase very smooth. The car was delivered to me quickly. Happy to rate the dealer and their staff - 5 STARS!!!!!

I ended up getting one of the cheapest cars on there lot which you could tell it was the least of there concern the car I got did need detailing.. the car sales man was very nice he did end up taking some off the ticket price for not having it detailed.. but not even a month later and im putting brakes on the car which I wasn't very happy about...and im still waiting on my title as well if I dont get it in 2 weeks I will be calling them.. but they did have a wide selection of cars so I would go back to them.... i did edit this review after the sales man called and explained in detail the title process and that was appreciated

I was concerned with buying given the pandemic but Coast to Coast made it easy from selection through financing. First car from an independent dealer but they proven to be a premier dealer with truly hand-selects premium car options. Coast to Coast in Fishers was a good car buying experience compared to other dealerships I ve been to. I ve never had a great time buying cars and the general experience at any dealership is always a bit stressful but working with Austin at Coast to Coast was comparatively relaxed and casual.

Salesman Bill helped me find the exact car I was looking for. I was buying this car remotely. 600 miles away. I did find time to go to Indy and check it out in the pouring rain. He was pleasing to work with and I am looking forward to my car being delivered in a few days

I've purchased many vehicles from out of state over the years, and no one has ever been as attentive, kind or helpful as Billy Adams has. I asked a question on a late Friday night, not expecting a return call by Monday... and he called me back within a few minutes, obviously taking time away from being home to do so. Also, when I asked him for some specific information on his day off a few days later, he offered to go in and get it for me, probably taking a good chunk out of his non-work day... most people would have checked out by then... I even wrote his manager that he needs to increase the man's pay as this guy is a star and I believe in paying my top people very well... I can't further express how pleased I was and I'm looking forward to the next time I get to connect with Billy about one of his awesome vehicles...

I would recommend Addison at this dealership all day. He involves himself personally & cares about the work. If or when there is an issue, he immediately rectifies it with a a great attitude & responsiveness.

Bought a 911 Porsche. My biggest mistake was not to get a pre purchase inspection (PPI) and from buying it from here! From the day it was delivered, I had a check engine light. It was a money pit the day I received. From the get go I needed new catalytic converters. Not even a month of ownership I noticed I was 4 quarts low of oil! It is because the valves in the car was shot! The Porsche mechanic told me I need a new engine. This is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had!

The worst dealership around! All promises and no delivery! Chris the finance manager is a big time scam artist smooth talker and is horrible to deal with! If your searching for a car don t let him work with you he will mislead you and do anything he can for himself to be if it and cause issues for the customer!

Nothing but headaches and lies with this dealership. I bought an 2014 audi A7. I contact them and they told me they were doing some work with the paint to come next week. I drove 4hrs the following week to get there, the car wasnt ready they were fixing it that same day also most cars they have there aren't even clean from the inside. They only clean it once its sold. Cody came up, very friendly but has lack of knowledge about the car. He handed me the keys and went for a test drive. I liked the car and we started to fill out paperwork. I did ask cody how to use the remote start for the vehicle that was mentioned on the ad. All he said was there should be an app for it.One thing they dont tell you is the options for the apr and years of payments. They just give you one until I asked for one. We made an agreement and bought the car. The minute I got home the check engine light came on. I contact cody and he said if i bought warrenty on it. Told him yes but only for the drive train. I wasnt expecting it to have issues the same day buying it. I also did research and there wasnt a remote start. He didnt text me back after that. Nothing was being fix until I left a bad review. The general supervisor contact me the following day and told me they would fix it. And they would give me a rental car for the day while is was being fixed and a check for the remote start. I sent them the code so they can have the part ready. When I got there, i gave the keys to cody and and comes back with saying I owe taxes for my state. I told him how come that wasnt on the loan agreement and he said they dont collect other state taxes. Then I tell him then why are you collect it right now. Quote he said it just uncle Sam wanting his taxes. I felt like I was being charged for the parts. I waited there over an hour to get my rental car and when I got in there was a check engine light too. These cars are not taken car off. I got there when it open and left after closing hours. I had to call to have an update on my car. They told me it's been fix. I never received a call. When I went back they took 40mins to get my car back with no car wash. I also talked to the supervisor and he told me they couldn't get one issue fix. They told me to take it to the dealership and have they fix it. Took it by my house and the audi gave me a free rental car while it was being fix. Coast to coast said they would pay for it but when it came to payment their credit card got "stolen". I had to pay for it before I was charge for the rental car. I had to call many times just for them to send me a check. Like 50 times not to exaggerate. Got a check and they took off the money I supposedly owe my state. I called the supervisor many times until he answered and I told him why they took it off when I told him I'll pay for it over here at my state and get my plates. He admitted to being wrong but didnt fix the issue like he said he said he would. I bought it in February and till this day in june I still haven't gotten my plates. Been expired for months. Unacceptable. I understand the covid 19 but this happen before that. When I called again the supervisor didnt want to speak to me and the receptionist said my car is ready for plates. Told her about the money they owe me said he will get back to me. All lies. I can't trust them. Would never go there again.

I was hoping to add another 5 star review on this page but my experience with this dealership was anything but 5 stars. I wanted to purchase a Lexus LX570 and found one that met my needs at this dealership. I inquired online and received a fast response asking what further information I was looking for, I requested photos of the undercarriage and a verbal confirmation of condition based on the portrayed condition via dealer provided photos. I never received the photos requested so I waited a day and reached back out to coast to coast. My second contact was with Austin, he was friendly initially and listened to my needs, informed me the vehicle was in immaculate condition, and told me by lunchtime I'd have my requested information. Lunch and dinner time come and go with no contact from Austin, I call the dealership and I'm told he's left for the day and he'll call me in the morning. Later that night Austin texted me apologizing for not getting around to my request and he'd do it first thing in the morning, the next morning and afternoon come and go with nothing from Austin, I call and text him with no response. I decide to call the dealership again and see if anyone else can help me and Ihshan handles my request and provides images quickly, I ask for his opinion of the condition of the vehicle and he echos Austin's evaluation of excellent condition. Once I review the photos supplied I request to move forward with the purchase, within the hour I've applied for financing and submitted my information, Ihshan said he'd get back to be by 5pm with all the details. 5pm comes and I have yet to hear from Ihshan, I call the dealership and I'm told that he's left for the day for a personal matter and will be back in the morning. On the fourth day of this process I'm waiting patiently and still hear nothing by lunch time, I call the dealership to see what the status is and I'm passed to the manager Ty. I tell Ty about the experience I've had so far and I'm met with a very dismissive let's get this over with mentality, after a few minutes of back and forth with Ty I'm passed to Addison in finance to finalize the sale. Addison is clearly overworked but attempts to be cordial, Addison is the shining star of the business because he's the only one who did what he said he was going to do without having to be hounded. Addison processed my loan and down payment quickly and had my vehicle delivered one day ahead of schedule, unfortunately the ordeal hasn't ended yet. The vehicle was delivered to my work in the rain, I quickly took the keys and had to get back to my clients. When I was done with work I realized the vehicle had noticable damage to the rear passenger and front driver side, none of which was discussed or disclosed at the time of purchase even after two separate inquiries as to the condition of the vehicle. I expressed my displeasure to Ihshan who said he was going to have Ty contact me about the issue, I'm not surprised to tell you I have yet to hear from Ty and I took delivery of my vehicle on August 5th. Dishonest, unfriendly, and deceptful, I would look elsewhere when shopping for a new vehicle if I were you.

Saw a XJL on the Internet, Bill Bass told me it had a hold on it. Showed me car he wanted to sell he knew I wanted a XJL. Never said his car was a XF. carefull to show inside of car only. I admit pathetic inexperience car buying. Bought it at his terms. Drove it 4000 mi from Nov 19 to Feb 13. Went back to be treated fairly as a return customer for the XJL. Saw me coming, knocked my XF allowance down over 9,000.00 for the 3 months I had it. Would not let me talk to the owner of the dealership. He must stand himself by saying all car salesmen take advantage. I have documentation. Brian Schoppel

Coast to Coast was awesome! They were very friendly, did not pressure us to buy and made the whole experience very quick and easy for us. I absolutely hate buying cars and find the whole process to be anxiety producing but Austin took that entirely out of the equation. No one hassled is on how much we wanted to put down either. We just told them what we wanted to do and they worked with it. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours from test drive to signing for the car. Addison truly worked magic on the financing and we have already recommended Coast to Coast to some family members. We will not be buying a car from anywhere else!

Amazing customer service, and an excellent selection of vehicles to fit every budget. Ty was my salesman, and was very personable, and extremely helpful in every way.

Overall great experience getting our vehicle. We were looking for something specific and live out of town, so communicating back and forth with them was a concern, but ended up not needing to be. We were able to get our vehicle at a very reasonable price and the whole transaction went smooth. Everyone was very polite and kind to my family and I, when we were there which was awesome as well. The only thing that soured us a little, though, was that when we got home after our purchase, we realized that two of the tires were pretty bald (tread was showing), and it needed a realignment. We didn't think to check the tires at purchase, because we were told that the tires were just rotated and balanced earlier that day before we arrived. And considering that we were driving about 3 hours back home, this could have been a much worse experience.

This is a dishonest dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a low mileage BMW X5 over the internet with a clean car fax. I trusted C2C's representation that they had inspected the vehicle and it was in excellent condition. This was a BIG MISTAKE. Driving the car from the lot, a service light came on. It ended up being a $5000 drive train issue. I had bought an extended service contract from C2C. It was worthless as the company denied the claim saying the drive train problem was preexisting! The manager at CWC said it was an "Act of God." I had to fight with them to get a partial contribution toward the cost of repair, and a refund on the scam extended service contract. I believe C2C specializes in getting cars with serious, hidden problems, and inexplicably clean car fax reports, and selling them with no quality checks. The BMW they sold me also had corroded and warped brake rotors, mismatched tires, and corroded and partially stripped rear alignment bolts. This dealership lies and sells cars with mechanical issues. Even their finance manager admitted that a car he bought at C2C had a $1200 break down within 30 days of buying it. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought an Infiniti G37x 4 years ago, they told me no accident, today I pull my carfax report and find out there is structural damage reported before I purchased the vehicle, how can they not disclose this?
