CNY HEALING ARTS Review

My husband and I truly enjoyed the facility! We went for a 30 minute massage that was $60 each. We spent time in the whirlpool afterwards. Everything was great, but we paid ahead of time, and thought it was tacky to be asked on our way out by the front desk to "check out". We thought it was tacky because it was obvious that was JUST to ask us how much we want to tip. Not IF we would like to leave a tip, but how much. We heard another customer asked the same question when we first arrived.
Besides that, everything was wonderful and we plan to come back more often. We go to the fertility center too! We love Dr.Kiltz and how he treats us like PEOPLE not just numbers. He normally stops to talk to us if he sees us which makes us feel loved, which is very much needed when I'm depressed about my reproductive system failing me.

Very nice place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price.

I had my bridal party get ready at CNY Healing Arts in one of their yoga rooms a week ago and it was great! Morgan is the event coordinator there and she was just so sweet and helpful. She was easy to work with and the price for renting out the room for the morning was very reasonable. Morgan set up coffee, water, and champagne glasses for us before we arrived. She provided us with tables, chairs, and linen. There were bathrooms accessible and she was there to accommodate any of our needs. My bridal party and I took a walk around their grounds while waiting for the limo bus and it was so relaxing and clean!

My sister in law - planned a Take Time for yourself Spa Day for the women in our family ~ we arrived at 10am, spent time in the hot tub, sauna ~ had facials and hour long spa massage -- The staff was amazing, the facility was TOP NOTCH --- such a nice hidden Syracuse treasure

Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. Laura was a miserable nightmare and the drive was absolutely not worth it.

Liz did an amazing job for my massage! The steam room and sauna are amazing too.

CNY Healing Arts was amazing!! I had a massage and accupunture which were both so relaxing. The steam shower & sauna are amazing as well!!! I had the best massage of my life that was so incredible. The only thing I would suggest is to add some snack foods for people to eat. I'm only talking about snack like trail mix, crackers, and peanuts? Woodspa does this and it really helps since we were there for hours and had to stop for food right afterwards. I really loved CNY Healing Arts!!!!

Every single time I come here, I wish I didn't have to leave! I've had regular massages and parental. I just had a prenatal at 38 1/2 weeks, by Mike, and it was the best one I've ever had. He was so professional & caring. I feel so much better!

I really enjoyed my time and experience here! has to be one of the best spas that we have in town and I love the fact that you get use of the other areas such as the whirpool and the sauna. the Massage Therapists are great as well I left feeling relaxed and renewed!

I had a hot stone massage with Mike tonight and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, comfortable and did an absolutely amazing job. I would do it EVERY week if i could. But i def will make time for this monthly.

Great place for prenatal massage!! The massage tables allow for you to be comfortably face down during massage and also to lay on your back-the tables are electric so your massage therapist can easily perfectly adjust the table to tilt you up or elevate your feet and lower legs. Dreamy!! I highly recommend regular prenatal massage with Brandy. She is excellent at dissolving pregnancy aches and pains.

Today was my first time here. This place is amazing. I had a great message. I'm definalty coming back. You can hang outside, go in the jacuzzi or sauna.

I cant believe such a amazing spa is so close to home, excellent staff.

I have gone for two prenatal massages here and they have been absolutely wonderful! I didn t take advantage of the other amenities as I didn t want to to walk around with a robe on at 38 weeks pregnant but I m sure I would have enjoyed those as well. Shout out to Kathy for one of the best massage I have ever had! Very personable , professional, and accommodating to my needs.

CNY offers incredible massage services. I recently had a massage with Amanda who was absolutely incredible. I left feeling physically and energetically recharged. Michael and Terry have also provided wonderful massage in the past. Can t recommend CNY Healing Arts enough.

Massage, acupuncture, Fabulous, awesome, beautiful, friendly... I can't say enough. Acupuncture is incredible !! My wonderful son & daughter in law gave me gift cards,,, I started with a 60 minute massage, Kalie was fantastic, perfect pressure, incredible hands !! I went into acupuncture not expecting much but OMG my shoulder is better !! After almost 5 months of agony with a rotator cuff issue it's better, DJ is awesome, makes u very comfortable & really cares about me & my pain !!! 1 more visit & it'll be like new again. I have chronic pain in knees and feet from car crash, I got some relief there but that will take a few visits,,, but how awesome will it be to be pain free,no physical therapy, no pain pills & NO more cortisone shots !! So much cheaper even if I need regular monthly visits !!! Sauna, steam shower and facilities are gorgeous, I used them all. You must experience this place. I brought big gym bag but they provide robe, footware, towels, fabulous shampoos, conditioner, body wash, qtips, razors, shave cream, curling irons,,, everything u need but the hair brush !!! Even the elevator is gorgeous !! Totally unexpected beauty in the middle of city !!! I don't get anything but satisfaction, tell them RUTHIE sent you !!

Come prepared to stand out for a long time as your partner finishes. Probably due to the Covid situation but with the mid summer heat, humidity and if you are travelling from another state just doing Uber this could be frustrating. There were lot of people waiting out. Recommend you to get a rental car so you could wait in it. Woman in the front was not too friendly Letting you know you can't be around / you are not welcome.

Great massage and nice facility. But my 60 minute massage got cut short by 5 minutes because they were late getting me from the waiting room. When I said something when I checked out the front desk response was oh, I don t know what happened . And that was it. Disappointed
