The massage tables allow for you to be comfortably face down during massage and also to lay on your back-the tables are electric so your massage therapist can easily perfectly adjust the table to tilt you up or elevate your feet and lower legs. Dreamy!! I highly recommend regular prenatal massage with Brandy. She is excellent at dissolving pregnancy aches and pains.
