It's an experience for people coming to town to visit but the tour was pretty short and not too much was shown.

Clean, but could use some updating. Worth a visit if your in the area.
Eager to know Atlanta, but God through October 2016 I will be there thanks to the International Networkers Team and 4life. Greetings from Ecuador to the world.
Great time. Visited with students. Pleasant atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for shopping. Will return with the family.
It is interesting for adults, but if you have any kids... not such a good idea
Get yourself a CNN tour ticket whenever you visit Atlanta. I had a fun and educative tour. The place is historic and a bacon of light in the news casting industry. No videos or pictures after the second room though but overall it was great. I recommend.
Really neat to see part of CNN behind the scenes. Very accessible.
The headquarters of the CNN channel
Very beautiful and worth a visit
Recently me and my friend went to Atlanta. As part Atlanta City Pass we got a ticket to visit CNN Studio. It has got an escalator which doesn t have any support in between which is kind of a record. But it is too small width wise. Photos and videos are prohibited in the entire tour as it would disturb the reporters and technicians who are working. Overall the tour was not that great apart from looking at the room with full of screens where they short list what goes on air. In totality it s not worth for the money we spend.
CNN studio tours provides a unique experience to see the headquarters of CNN. These tours consist of live studio demonstrations, working area demonstrations and visits to editing rooms. Finally it is possible to get a picture at one of their demo studios.
Pretty interesting, but it would be nice if it included time for tourists to experience the green screen personally and at least see a CNN personality.
The tour of the CNN Center is a guided tour. The time is about one hour. Photographs are not allowed in most places. After the end, you can visit the gift shop.
A decent tour. Somewhat interesting. Staged experiences were trite and forced. Did not enjoy being funneled through the gift store at the end.
Nice tour. The security guards could chill out a bit though.
It's a fascinating building and intriguing seeing all the people behind the scenes. But all the security measures they use are quite intimidating. Photography is prohibited through most of the tour and two security guards follow each tour group. I think it's ridiculous that CNN demands unfettered access into the government's business but doesn't want us recording their business. Anyhow, my suggestion is only take this tour if you bought a city pass. Otherwise, the cost of this tour isn't worth your time and money.
First time visiting the Inside CNN Studio Tour. Very much enjoyed our experience. Our group was rather large so it took over 50 minutes which was just fine. The tour provided a real inside look of the CNN studio.
A great way to visit CNN's actual working news rooms and studios! Note that you have to ride the world's longest escalator and traverse numerous stairs during the tour. Park across the street at their lot or find $5 parking further down the street.
Our guide was great with lots of info but the tour was way to short.
It was a good experience taking a tour and pictures inside the CNN studios even though didnt get to go inside the actual reporting studios since we purchased the basic tickets but seen it through glass windows and the work environment of the employees in the Atlanta location. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable to explain what they do there and the type of cameras they use.
Nice tour Hugh place intresting information during tour
Fun for the entire family. Our guide Leana was the best. She made if fun from the very beginning and kept the energy and enthusiasm until the very end. She also answered to all of our questions even after the tour had ended. If you are into TV or a news junkie this is a must.
The experience was amazing. I enjoyed the tour and being able to see some behind the scenes areas and staff. I can't wait to go back.
It was very informative and our guide was so knowledgeable. She had great tone and very patient with the kids
It was a lot of fun - I loved photos the took of us.
It was a little to fast but i really enjoyed it
Great experience. Impressive to know one of the most important international news networks.
More mall than media center, but I did like the world's longest free-standing escalator.
Don't take the tour. Just eat at the food court and take pictures with CNN Humvee and enjoy the atmosphere.
I enjoyed the tour and even saw live news in the making. I would recommend the tour even if it was short.
Good to say I visited but nothing really interesting from what I saw
Informative 50 minute walking tour plus a ride on the world's longest escalator. The guide was nice and security was fun to banter with. Several souvenir shops and a large food court.
The VIP tour only lasted around 60 minutes. Much of the time, the functionality of a green box and a teleprompter was explained, which should really be nothing new for most of them. Unfortunately, the tour was far too expensive for that. However, the walk through the large newsroom was exciting and really impressive. I wasn't allowed to take my small hand luggage into the building. After a few seconds I was unfriendly from the building by security guards. There are no lockers. Fortunately, a nearby dry cleaner spontaneously looked after my hand luggage for the duration of the tour. Because of this regulation, which was not communicated in advance, I almost missed the start of the tour.
Very cool! It is worth visiting the food court to get an idea of the size of the building.
Very cool experience. I was able to join a standard tour and see the HLN Morning Express studio! Tour guides are friendly and able to answer all questions you have about the facility and company.
Great food court and I've done the tour through a few times. Great experience.
The 40 min tour is just about right. If your timing is right you may be able to see live broadcast.
Tour is just fine and has nothing extra ordinary experience or learning.
In fact it's more like a walk and walk and talk and talk by tour guide.
Security guards during your trip make you feel uncomfortable.
50 mins of tour have just 10 mins of value in it.
Tour guide was not pleasant. Worse, there was a kid screaming the entire time and the guide did nothing about it.
CNN = Fake Very Fake News - Has agenda that is it's in the fix for democrats against republicans. Will use unnamed sources even making up names. Coluded with Donna Brazil in giving answers to questions in Trump vs Clinton Presidential debates but claim over six months russia coluded with Trump in fact it was Clinton. Reporter Jim Acosta has hardon for Trump. Remember this news is Very Very Fake News !!!
After joining the CNN Studio Tour, I really think about requesting a job inside.
Guided tour through CNN. Explained the history and use of the green screen. You will see the news room.
An amazing place where you can go on a tour to watch what happens everyday on CNN.
I was only at the foodcourt; but I found it large and varied and the decoration very interesting.
I've always been I fan of CNN so it was a really fun experience for me. I love seeing all the behind the scenes stuff. I recommend the city pass.
I really enjoyed the tour. Be aware of the eight story escalator if you're afraid of heights! You'll be okay just don't look back and don't look down! I really enjoyes the tour of the actual CNN operations. I will do this tour again when family come to town.
The CNN Center building which is the old Omni Hotel and Conference Center is a really original building inside and well worth a visit. The CNN Studio Tour, on the other hand, is very reserved and underwhelming, to be blunt. The staff is friendly, but you spend more time going up an escalator and climbing down stairs than seeing much of anything else. Honestly, it was kind of creepy with so many security guards everywhere you looked and even following the tour group (of course it is Atlanta and we were accosted by a stoned homeless person on the way in). So, on the tour, you do get to see the new zoom/touch screen technology, the chroma (green) screen technology, and see a broadcast through windows from OUTSIDE of the studio room. You will go by the window of the first Spanish CNN broadcast studio. You will make your way to oversee, again through a window but not inside, the research room where between 100-200 people are scanning the internet and local news feeds to dig up a news story for CNN to "fact check " and then rebroadcast. Finally, you will be taken to see a CNN news video narrated by their current news anchors explaining that they have to ask the tough questions because "CNN - we go there." Okay, so the visit is neat but what was worst of all was the fact that NO photography is allowed - not just no FLASH photography - (for what reason I'm not sure because there are no secrets to a news room that anyone could see) AND the fact that they charge you $38 ($41+ with tax) for your own photo that they take at the beginning of the tour...highway robbery. Anyway, it is a neat thing to see if you haven't seen it but don't expect too much, because you won't get it. It is about 20 minutes worth of information and 30 minutes riding up the escalator and descending stairs. Go to the World Of Coca-Cola, across Centennial Olympic Park, it is more refreshing .
A good place for a group tour. I wish they allowed more places for photography in their building.
It s quite big inside, there is a guided tour, 15 people, there is a square, there is eating and drinking.
This place was nice. Went there with high expectations which actually not met. They do not have much to show about lice news and how they edit them. The guide named "Black" was very nice person and funny too. He added little excitement to the tour otherwise it was not worth.
The tour takes you through a mock control room and studio, which is cool, but it's over in 15 minutes. You walk past numerous objects in cases with pictures of famous news casters using the objects to report on high profile historical stories, but you're not allowed to stop and look and they are not mentioned by the guide. It was kind of neat but for how expensive it is you won't be missing out if you skip it.
**Mary Adams** was amazing! She breakdown everything about CNN studios.
I was lucky to have her guiding the tour, plus the group of tourist I was with was great! Recommend for those interested in journalism or media in general.
I m glad to booked the VIP-Tour. Every Penny worth. You can ask as much as you want and are close to the Production of Breaking News .
Giant Food Court! It's pretty neat to see all of the personalities that you watch on TV in one spot. The place seems to be organized chaos lot of people running around bright lights and TV cameras it was an interesting experience.
Loved it, the Anthony Bourdain memorial is so touching if you are a foodie or love travel.
The tour was informative and the good was quite good at keeping me entertained. You have to be sure to look down into the main floor of the building. It's a map and I had no idea. Really cool
The history of modern news. If you pass through Atlanta it is a mandatory stop
It's always nice to have a food court where you work!
This was an awesome tour that showed me tons of things I never knew before and let me try it, the weather forecast green screen.
Nice way to know how news presentation and all works out
