This cnn tour was really not great. Not interactive. They need to have more for participants to do on this tour. More fun needs to be happening for this price. at $16 a ticket they need to do better. Tour of the desk with people working haa. come to my office for a tour. smh. They guides however are informative but man.. otherwise tour was terrible.

The tour is the perfect thing to do when visiting Atlanta. I've been on the tour about 5 times now..and in the summer time, it is busy and you are likely going to have to wait a little bit. Maybe an hour. During the slower times, the tours are longer and they even ask guests to have a go at being an anchor. During the busier times ie in the Summer, it seems a lil rushed...understandably.

The tour is cool. Our tour guide new a lot about CNN and was very informative. We spent most of the tour shuffling on the many staircases we had to walk down. The escalator was the coolest part, which is at the start. No photos, and didn't see a live broadcast which was a little disappointing.

Tour to the CNN towers is a nice to see thing, but beleive me if on your Atlanta tour this is not part of your itenary then you have missed nothing.
The only 2 interesting things that I find here are
1. The huge escalators, that is the largest one that you will ever ride.
2. The food court, you have a lot to choose from.
The tour in itself is not so attractive. You are only allowed to take pics on top 2 floors. Moreover the info provided on the tour is not so enriching.
The tour is timbound and starts at given time. So you have to take a slot when you reach and until then you can't do anything else. So it needs time to visit though tour by itself is less than an hour.

If you really like the news or what to become someone who works in TV or the news this might be a fun tour. It was difficult to ask questions because the tour felt rushed. $16 per person wasn't bad if it's just you, but forking over $64 for a family of four would seem like money better spent elsewhere around Atlanta.

It was incredible and amazing, I had a great opportunity to learn so much about CNN that i never knew. Our tour guide was simply the best, he took the time to answer everyone's questions and had a great scene of humor. Overall it was a fun and educational experience for everyone. I would definitely recommend CNN studio tours.

Welcome in a tourist fabric. The guide spoke like he was reading from the autocue. Just go inside the building and see the escalator, that's enough for this place. You're not allowed to take photo's after this point if you do the guided tour.

Quite interesting place to see. You will learn how TV news work. I'm glad I saw it but staff was kinda dry and cold. I had a feeling our guide wished she could do something else than guide us. Also lady who sells tickets was nearly rude.

Visited this place in the morning. It was so cool to see everything and how it all works behind the scenes! You get to learn so much about how CNN gets its news and how they broadcast in a nice and informative way. Had a great and knowledgeable tour guide (whose name was Brian) who kindly explained everything and answered all questions. This is a must visit if you come to Atlanta. Keep in mind that you will not get to to take pictures after the first two stops and that the tour might be a bit short as it runs for about an hour. However it was an awesome place and I recommend it to everyone.

I liked the building, from the square on the first floor where the restaurants are you can see how impressive it is. On the first floor there are also the somewhat expensive souvenir shops. During the tour they take pictures as souvenirs ... very nice ... BUT HOW DOES IT HAPPEN TO CHARGE U $ 35 FOR A PHOTO !!!

I went there and took their tour.i expected it will be more excited but its very normal.

You cant take pictures freely ,its almost forbidden to picture on most of their places and studios.

The ticket price is high comparing to value of the tour.

The tour was boring to say the least. Sure you get to walk around the headquarters of one of the biggest news channel in the world but what you see is far from exciting. They start the tour by showing you two rooms where you're allowed to take photos but there's no reason you would. And then they show you the place where people work. They show you studio from the outside where you can't really see much of what's in it. And finally they end the tour in the gift shop. The only fun thing about this tour is you can now brag about riding the world's largest escalator.

Leanah (from Savannah ;)) was absolutely great on our group tour. She doesn't allow some time to get bored. I've liked CNN even more since my visit of their studios. I really recommend to go there.

It honestly was pretty short for the price. Pictures were not allowed during the majority of the tour. Included the world's largest escalator. If you're interested in the CNN news process and their history, this is for you.

The Morning Express with Robin Meade tour was awesome. Robin Meade was not there the day we went, however her replacement Lynn Smith was an excellent replacement. She was extra nice and very friendly!!!!!

Never took a tour..but I noticed and talked others that have and they seemed satisfied. I usually go in cnn for food as is mostly a food Court. But you have the cnn tour and the cartoon Network set which is nice.

It was okay. Nothing news worthy. As you can see in most of the posted photos, the long escalator was probably the highlight of the tour. Turns out that is the longest free standing escalator in the world. So you can justify your admission fee for the tour as getting to "ride the world's longest free standing escalator"

Waste of time & money. Learnt little about news and TV production. Totally unfriendly to senior citizens. AtlantaTourists wouldn't miss much in avoiding this despite much touted longest escalator. Better devote more time in Aquarium and Civil Rights Centre.
