Not much fascinating(Visited December 2016): I went on the tour with my husband. We missed the actual time of booking from our web reservation. They were kind enough to accommodate us the next day. But the tour wasn't worth it. The building was pretty cool. We got to see the places where the headlines are filmed and the news rooms. It was pretty cool but not anything we already know.

This tour was really cool. The most helpful advice I can provide is that if you need the tour translated, you will be given a written format in your requested language; so be sure and request those up front. :)

The guided visit to CNN center begins with the climb by the escalator suspended to the globe. You see from above the huge food court between the buildings. Photos and film about the company. Go to an empty scenario where you are told about teleprompter and chroma key. He sees employees working through the glass. Nothing exciting in 55 minutes.

I thought the VIP tour was unimpressive. We were tils we would meet producers, directors, or anchors that could tell us insight of working at CNN, but we didn't get that. The tour felt rushed with very little time to take photos...and supposedly you only have two opportunities at the beginning (I never heard of the photo ops). They need to update this tour and lighten up.

Being in Atlanta go there. If you are not looking for a way to go there. Studios with presenters at your fingertips. Distribution of the surprising site. Jeep used in the Iraq war on display, with the means of transmission in sight. The visitor feels like he is part of CNN. Central location with easy access, parking available and snack bars for the most diverse palates at surprisingly low prices. Available information and visitors from all over the world. I'll be back there.

The building is huge and offers a large food court, so you can eat there easily. The tour of the studios remains rather interesting but if you are already a good amateur of television or video, I advise you to go your way.

You could miss it. The tour is $16 per person. I didn't feel it was worth it as there was nothing about the tour that inspired me or would motivate me to recommend it to anyone.

The tour begins with a film that shows CNN and its impact on the world of news. It ended almost 60 minutes later in the gift shop. It seemed that our guide talked more about CNN International than the US edition of CNN and it appeared to be more of an overview than anything. I did feel safe since there were quite a few security guards that we passed during the tour. In essence, they don't show you the live broadcast room. You do get to see people working on their computers.

The tour presents an overview of the newsmaking process, by which I mean, you get to look from observation points to see people working. The entry is from an extremely long escalator, and you can purchase photos of your group behind a CNN desk. There is a mock up of a newsroom, teleprompter and green screen. Unless there is something intense happening, there is not too much action that you will see.
Good tour, especially if you've never been to a TV studio before.

We were lucky enough to take a CNN studio tour just before the Super Bowl. Do you have anything tour was only made better by all of the excitement in the air due to the Super Bowl. The CNN Center has undergone a recent refurbishment and getting ready for the Super Bowl so it is prime for all Taurus now.

The coolest place ever. The tour is awesome although you can't take pictures or record. They have one of the tallest escalators in the US you get to see The Newsroom where there's about 100 to 200 people on the floor I actually saw a live recording of reporter. They show you how though meteorologist does his reports along with the green screen the tour takes about 25 or 30 minutes.

If are a CNN fan always wanted to know how it all goes down. Must see . You get a amazing tour and history of the network building. If you lucky like myself you might get a chance get a selfie with the talent

Loved the tour and various insights from the news agency. The guide was friendly and answered all the questions. It was a new experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to know what goes behind the scene in most of the news channels.

The Atlanta city pass covers CNN tour and hence would suggest this over a standalone ticket for the tour.

Not worth it

Not worth it

You don't really get to see much and spend more time watching videos about CNN than seeing any of the studios in action. Felt more like an ad for CNN than a tour. They force you through their gift shop at the end, seriously.
