CNC Global Review

The worst customer service and their stock quotes are always wrong. We call to check stock and price before selling to our customers. Their sales reps tell us its in stock and after we get the order from the customer and submit the order to them they tell us its now out of stock. This happens all the time. Absolutely unprofessional and makes us look bad / untrustworthy to our customers. Do not trust Global CNC wihen it comes to being a reliable bushing supplier. The worst part is they always cop an attitude when there is an issue on their end. As if they are doing you a favor by taking your orders. There are plenty of bushing suppliers to choose from, do yourself a favor and find another company. You will be much better off not doing business with Global CNC.

We have been dealing with Global CNC for over 30 years. Their sales staff is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. If they do not know the answer to a question, they will forward the question to the appropriate staff member and get back to us in a timely matter. Great vendor to work with!!

GLOBAL CNC is always a pleasure to deal with. Use them frequently as a distributor of cutting tools.

This company sold me 4 cnc lathe holders for over $1000 and I got very little us out of them and they will not replace them. They told me sorry

Great selection of tool blocks and bushings and the technical expertise to help find the right one.

They claim to have trained technicians who can repair any brand of Live Tooling. DO NOT TRUST THEM to repair it correctly. Our Eppinger tooling was never fixed properly, it seized up and caused severe damage to our machine. Then under "warranty" was supposedly repaired but it was not. The bearings were never replaced and was on its way to seizing up again.

Global CNC is a great company to work for. The management is always helpful and easy to work with.

Worst. DO NOT LET THEM REPAIR LIVE TOOLING. They don't know what they are doing and are arrogant know it alls who broke my very expensive tool.
