We worked with Heather Gustafson to purchase our first condo in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. Heather knew where to look to find us a hidden gem and did everything in her power to get us a great price. She was thorough and helpful every step of the way which was especially helpful considering this was our first home purchase. We would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to purchase a home in Chicago.

I live in one of their buildings in the South Loop. The walls are so thin that I can hear everything that goes on in the unit next to me. These are all sounds at regular noise level..not excessive noises that could be expected with shared spaces. For example: when my neighbor opens and closes their shades, I can hear the strings being pulled. The quality of the kitchen cabinets is also poor. Only positive: they did provide high quality fixtures in the bathrooms. But the impact of the thin walls doesn't justify more than 1-star.

Horrible builders! Horrible warranty! Garbage building quality, take your business elsewhere, Chicago has corrupt politicians, not crumbling buildings. Horrible company and rude people to deal with!

My lease was running up and I needed to find a new home in a very short period of time. Heather Gustafson showed me many options- both rental and purchase opportunities. She was thorough, efficient and dedicated. She listened to my needs and didn't pressure me to look at anything out of my comfort zone. She was a rock during a very stressful time and helped make everything fall into place. She found me my condo, helped with getting everything in order and pulled off a miracle. I found my condo and was able to close in 2 weeks! She was absolutely amazing, I can't speak more highly of her and would recommend her to anyone trying to find a new home!
