Very timely assistance involving a bulletin board that fell off the wall and damaged connections. The connections were reestablished, but the electronics were disturbed as well. The CMIT stayed with it until all was fully operational again.
My outbound email request was time stamped 10:22 AM. Acknowledgement and scheduled completion of request was provided by lady CMIT specialist at 2:20PM on the same day for a non-urgent request. The lady IT specialist called me as well to confirm final logistical details, and offer me contact phone number in case of any issues. Our agency hired CMIT during the transition of our contracted IS team to an in-house team. They conducted the technical reviews for applicants seeking the IT Manager and Network Engineer roles. In addition, CMIT was also hired to assist with a network analysis with special regards to a remote site that experienced significant outage, slowness, and crashes. Jeff and his team respond very promptly and thoroughly. I had somewhat minor but very frustrating issues with my home office network. CMIT fixed every issue I had in a couple of hours after Comcast techs failed to fix the issues after repeated visits and phone calls. I wish I had called them first. I would have saved hours.
