The lady who calls to take information for your case is horrid and calls from an unknown number expecting you to wait around with no way of calling back.

I called to get assistance with a possible case against DHS in Sebastian County. The person who called me back basically said she took notes and sent it to the lawyers and they decided whether they would take the case or not. The woman I spoke with was so extremely rude that I hung up on her. This is an important case and that I see you guys have perused before and I have a lot of great info to share and your employee is so rude I will just try to call someone else as opposed to being blatantly disrespected.

It wasn't that the lawyers weren't the best because they are top of the line. From my experience everyone wants a good lawyer who knows what they are doing. That's just it, they are soooo busy most of the time. But they are well experienced and can be very humble. Thank you Luther and Sutter

You wont get a hold of anyone. Don't bother. Some woman works off site and calls whenever. She says she will call 3x. She asks you to call back and leave a message if they aren't there. That would be good except every time I call the VM was full. If I did call and speak to someone who answered they wouldn't help me. They had to take my info and pass it back to the woman who calls from home. She'd call again and rinse repeat this dumb process. After the 3 call I called and again spoke to someone in the office and noted this problem with them. They claimed they would pass along my info but sure enough, the woman just quit returning calls.

If you are looking for mediocre, go elsewhere. However, if you are looking for the very best, in legal representation, Luther Sutter, Lucien Gillham, and Tona DeMears are all excellent attorneys. In addition, all of the staff who work with them are easy to deal with and stay on top of the cases. This firm is one of the very best, in the business.
