Jeff and his team respond very promptly and thoroughly. I had somewhat minor but very frustrating issues with my home office network. CMIT fixed every issue I had in a couple of hours after Comcast techs failed to fix the issues after repeated visits and phone calls. I wish I had called them first. I would have saved hours.
