The software is good despite the hardware that slows it down a lot ... But hey, I can't afford a new computer and all the equipment that could accommodate the software.
On the other hand, since the transition to standard NF525, obligation to subscribe to a maintenance contract at 29 / month excluding tax. And for my part, the updates were only made at my request and not systematically. As a result, I hung around with obsolete software for several months until I decided to call the service hotline, which is not free either !! 35 euro cents per minute and the wait is sometimes long! The technicians are doing what is necessary. But I had made the request to seek to develop a button for quick access to credit notes on customer accounts (which would prevent me from distributing credit tickets each time), and this request was never taken into consideration. ....
To summarize: good software in itself, but expensive in terms of maintenance since you pay a maintenance contract that you do not use every month and in addition when you need support (although sometimes effective), you pay dearly for the telephone communication. Requests made to develop and improve the software, but always went unanswered.
In the end, this famous standard benefited a lot of POS software vendors at the expense of small merchants like me.
