When I first moved here I had a beautiful view of the woods and every morning could see the deer from my bedroom window. A few months later I found out they were building 10 garages across from me. To make matters worse, my parking space which is right outside of my apartment is gone too. I went to the office to see if I could move to another unit but I would have to pay a fee. :(
The office manager Kate is very nice and she is always helpful. I also have nice neighbors and have met some very nice people too.

I'll trade you our Mgr. at Seneca Pointe for any of the above mentioned people! Our Manager decided to issue a new policy of "no former tenants as guests or visitors" before, after an uproar, changed her mind to just not letting former tenants visit residents and play Bingo? Seems they were afraid what former tenants had to say about their new digs.
Reminds me of the Woody Allen Movie-Bananas-where Woody became a Latin American Dictator and was so Paranoid that he was determined to see if his countrymen wore underwear..........so he made everyone wear their undies on the outside so he could be sure.

NO idea how this company stays in business. Appalled by the level of service - or absence of service. They don't return phone calls unless you badger them and when they do they give you inaccurate information. They are the absolute WORST and just crooks. Take money and give nothing in return

I have been a tenant of the Briarcliff Apartments for 7 months and have complained about Diane the property manager for the entire time.Clover who is supposed to be in charge of her, never calls back. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I have called and left messages and tried endlessly to just speak to someone about my complaint. I haven't gotten a call back once.

This is the worst property management company in Buffalo. They don t respond to your calls/emails and are impossible to reach. I have had a homeless person sleeping in my luxury apartment lobby for the past 3 months and clover has done nothing about it. I would not recommend ever living in one of their properties.

l was told Wegmans was across the street from Transit Pointe Senior apts. That was a big plus being wheelchair bound and don't drive. l sent in the sec dep. l went on google maps and found out it was a mile away.

Sure they had a bus to take everyone else to the stores except me. l'd never make it there in the winter and there was no other wheelchair transportation in the area except to doctors.

l called and left messages for 2 months, being told it's on the way. l finally realized they were going to keep it. l then made 1 more call and leaving the message that l spoke to someone about what has been going on. l told them l was now getting legal help.

The next day l had a message on my answering machine. "l finally found the right paper work to fill out. You should have a check in about a week."
This is a greedy company and l'm glad l never moved there.

I live in a townhome in an HOA that Clover handles...

I live in a townhome in an HOA that Clover handles management for, and our Community Association Manager is incredibly unprofessional when he even bothers to respond. I called Clover to ask to speak to someone about his behavior, and didn t get a call back after 5 weeks. Several calls later, I finally got a response, from the manager himself: turns out all my messages on their corporate voicemail had been routed to the him, so OF COURSE they wouldn t be responding to his unprofessional conduct. He went so far as to state that nobody cares about your issues , and reiterated that nobody was going to contact me about them.

If this reflects the company s general ethics, I would steer clear of them. And since multiple months of emails and calls have gone unanswered, I can only assume it does.

Update: it seems that Clover Management has responded by telling me to call them about my issues. In my original review, I noted that I HAVE been calling them, and all calls are being routed to the employee I m having issues with. That seems like an basic business ethics issue, no? Clover is either unaware that they have company management behaving in this manner, or they simply don t care.

The best! Compared to my previous landlord, this company actually cares about it's tenants. You have an issue, they are on it asap with no eye rolling or bad attitude. Just renewed my lease for another two years, that's how happy I am.

This management company is awful. They "manage" our community HOA. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. The majority of homeowners in my neighborhood want to hire a new management company. Denise doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. She completely mishandled communication with the landscaping company and many homeowners went without mulch for the majority of the summer. Ridiculous.

This is my worst experience in renting EVER!. ORCHARD PLACE 55+APTS IN LACKAWANNA, N.Y.
I have a second floor apt and below the biggest squirrel population ever up in the attic. They have taken up space both above the bedroom and living room.
Every day...morning, day and night scratching and running above me.
This is a constant issue. I have been to the office more times than I can count in 2 1/2 yrs.
They set A trap...joke.
This is not my only complaint with them. This is the 3rd Manager in 6 yrs. Not many options in 55+Apts in this area.
Clover Management is the worst Company ever. Second rental with them.
NO MORE...NEVER AGAIN!
DONT RENT HERE!

July 6, 2020
Soon after posting this the District Manager left a response below mine, followed by a message on my ans machine with her personal phone number.I returned her call, she seemed very sincere about a resolution to many issues to improve living here. I was offered another apt to move into or another Clover location.
Because I am a fair person, I am waiting a short time before making a decision to move away from Clover Managed Apts to see if improvements are made and my issues resolved in a timely manner.

If I could, I'd give Clover zero stars. The incompetence is astounding!!! I have no idea how this company stays in business. The customer service is the worst ever!!! You will never get anyone when you call the office, just an automated message and access to voicemail. They never return phone calls or respond to emails or letters. And if you are lucky to get a hold of someone, don't expect to get any information. Either they don't know the answer or they make up an answer, which always turns out to be wrong. Completely useless!!!

My mother is a resident at Reynolds Pointe in John...

My mother is a resident at Reynolds Pointe in Johnson City, NY. I am appalled with the conditions of the sidewalks and parking lot this winter. This week it has snowed, not alot, but nothing had been done and now it is a sheet of ice. The salt spreader has sat outside the main entrance. Nobody employed there ever moved it. The office manager has been in the office both Friday and Saturday and apparently didn't care to do anything about it. My wife and I overheard the residents complaining that nothing had been done. When we were leaving Friday evening my wife and I took hand fulls of the salt and spread it over the walk coming out of the main entrance. Ice from previous storms is built up near the handicapped parking spots. Do you not have a contract with someone to regularly clear the lots and sidewalks after a snowfall?

Clover Management is the most inept company. Ever...

Clover Management is the most inept company. Every year our association fee goes up and the services decrease. For almost 9 months I have had a hole in my hallway, which was done by the upstairs renter, I am an owner. The renters were responsible and reported it, twice and took responsibility for it. As of today it has not been fixed. I have all kinds of bugs coming through the hole, so I have a contractor coming over to fix the hole at my expense. However it will come out of the monthly association fee. One of my shutters is coming off and I reported that 4 months ago, nothing done as of today. The landscaping does not exist. I have tried to do much of it myself, but I just have the time. It is all over grown and the creeping ivy is destroying all the other plants and trees. Be careful to read your yearly budgets carefully, the landscapers charged our community $5000 for SALT in 2014 and $7000 in 2015! That is ludicrous because I used to work for a company that sold salt and as of March 2016 the price of salt is $70 to $100 per TONNE! We had new doors put in about 2 years ago by Big L Distributors and they were put in incorrectly! I am not a contractor and even I could see it! I took them almost a year to rectify the poor workmanship and that was only because I stopped paying my association fee and contacting my lawyer! We have 48 units at Symphony Circle and many of the other residents are still having problems with the new doors! They can't lock both locks, they don't close properly, they molding around the doors has not been installed properly and water is seeping in behind the doors ruining the brick. I didn't even want to give them one star but I had to in order for me to be able to post this. Before any other property needs a management company, I would seriously look at anyone else because Clover will take your money and not follow through. Take pictures of EVERYTHING and keep all of your email correspondence, that is what I do. This way they can't say they didn't know.

In regards to King's Pointe Senior Apartments in S...

In regards to King's Pointe Senior Apartments in Sylvania, Ohio, the shoddy construction is quite apparent, as is the poor quality of materials used. There are uneven walls throughout the entire complex and uneven creaking floors on the second and third levels. The doors and their frames have been improperly installed, being out of square with the walls. There is an onbelievable number of building blemishes and defects. Several units have shower stalls that do not drain properly, resulting in standing water in the shower stalls. The large center courtyard lawn is abundently full of stones, construction debris, and weeds. Several areas of the center courtyard are below sewer grade resulting in standing water after rainfalls and after having been watered with hose sprinklers (there is no inground sprinkling system) creating breeding grounds for mosquitoes. The corporate Clover Group Management does not answer telephone calls; instead, their automatic answering system instructs callers to leave the caller's name and telephone number. Management is unresponsive more often than not. The property manager at King's Pointe Senior Apartments has posted an unsigned 8 1/2" x 11" poster on regular bond paper with the Clover indignia stating "All Community Posting must be approved by Management." The property manager is frequently out of the office and telephone calls to her go into voicemail. She does not always follow through on matters brought to her attention and has failed to get back to residents on other matters. Professional demeanor seems lacking in the King's Pointe Senior Apartments 25 year-old property manager. The property manager has also initiated a "residents activity fund" with proceeds from a residents bake sale. When the property manager was asked if she is bonded, she stated did not know the meaning of the word bonded. There appears to be no accountability for the residents activity fund.
