Nice offices, exciting Vibe. Loved it, until I left and had to fight to get my deposit back (which I still haven't received)... suddenly no one answers the phone, emails, etc. Because of that I unfortunately can't recommend WeWork. Too bad there's those shady business practices because the rest is fantastic. Find another coworking space, or pick WeWork and say goodbye to your deposit. -EDIT- Had to go there in person but I finally got the deposit back, thanks to Marta who was stellar in dealing with the issue.

I've had the pleasure of working at the PVM location for about four months now. Enough time for me to appreciate all that is amazing about working here. First of all, there are no words to describe how the warm, helpful, and hardworking staff has made my daily office life easier. They consistently go out of their way to make sure that each client is served with personal care. The office space in general is really beautiful, and clean. If ever there is a mess or an issue, simply letting the reception know has always been enough to have the problem quickly resolved. The extra bonus of working here are all of the diversified events hosted on a weekly basis; it gets me excited to come into work to participate and grow my network. WeWork sets you up for success, you just have to follow through and work here!!

One of the best if not the best of co-working spaces. Unfortunately located in an old building which in my opinion serves them. Elevators from the last century, slow, noisy, unpleasant. Access is not in the main building, you must either go through another street or agree to take a set of corridors. Of course, once there, everything changes and the experience is enchanting. I imagine that the owners got a good deal to come and populate this tower which is far from today's standards.

Was a good concept until you live in and realise that its just a hype. They cannot help us for all the construction noise so now all my teamate are working from home. Staff is really good to sweep issues for the next day and then hope that we forget it.

Nice place to work, maybe a little bit overcrowded when all companies are working with full attendance, but in the other hand, they provide free coffee ,free kombucha, forks, knives, spoons, microwave ovens and different locations to work.

Nice building but very easy to get lost at. Needs more directions. Great to work from here though as it had access to the metro, pharmacy in the building, great connection to Gare Central and various foodcourts.

Internet is often down or painfully slow (had to disconnect wi-fi and go on LTE in order to post this review). Can t get any work done.
Walls (well glass walls) are paper thin so I can hear everything that happens in the meeting room next to my office.

Having heard good things about WeWork I joined in May.

Early on I realised the place wasn't for me. That's not to say they haven't done a good job with the interior design, nor is there anything fundamentally wrong with the place. However my personal preference is for hot desks vs fixed desks.

Part of the reason I choose to work in an office as opposed to at my apartment is to network & meet people, and I find hot desks facilitate this better.

That said, the lobby in WeWork is relatively social, so if you stick around for a reasonable amount of time, networking should be quite easy.

After a week I spoke to WeWork, and explained I would like to end my membership. Was told that I need to give a months notice, which meant I would have to pay for another month before leaving.

To me this seems quite cheeky. As when you sign up, the only way to give a months notice would be to inform them on the same day you sign up.

It should be made clear at the start that the minimum sign up time is 2 months.

When the contract finished, I was told 30 days max before my deposit would be returned. After 30 days I had to chase things up, and then they asked for my bank details (why only ask now?). 2 weeks later I had the deposit returned. Far more difficult that it needed to be! :(

All the staff (John, Jade, Antoine, Margaux, Melisa, etc..) at WeWork-PVM go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. NHL moved to WeWork because of a fire in our building that evicted all the tenants for a period 3-4 months; we were very lucky to have found WeWork-PVM. Continue the great work guys, all your clients appreciate it!!!

Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Lots of choices for new customers. They are very conscience of environment and routinely run events for customers.
Very secure building with dual elevator access. They have free local beer every day at 12. Kitchen is always clean with fresh coffee !

Restricted spaces, certainly aesthetic but not ergonimic; an internet connection that, too regularly does not meet the needs of users; a printing service of poor quality, an over-frequentation of the floors of work ... in short a service too expensive compared to the quality of the offer and the proposed service.

Spent a month at WeWork in February, and it was an excellent experience all-around. Staff is amazing and helpful at every turn, the location was a real treat for a first-timer in Montreal, and the vibe was always upbeat and positive. My only suggestion is to have headphones with you, as it can get busy in the hot desk areas.

Shout-out to their support, as well! I had an issue with my payment, which was sorted out within the same day. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cool place to be productive and network.

A popular co-working space downtown on several floors, with a committable coffee bar and free access for visitors. Nice spots for working in a group or alone, but can get quite busy in the common areas sure to its popularity. They organise events, trainings etc. Access is through an elevator from the ground floor.
