Installed an air conditioner. 2 split on May 15th. It worked for only 10 minutes. Clivet's authorized technician was immediately requested to call for assistance for the repair under warranty. It came out on June 4th after only 20 days! An outdoor unit failure has been detected. To date, June 29, after countless reminders I still do not know when I will be able to use my air conditioner NEW !!! A month and a half has passed !!! Who reads a judgment on the efficiency of this company !!!

1 star because you can not ... Bad product, bad design. Since the boiler was installed, the presence of the technician is a fixed appointment, but never timely and decisive. I wonder how cards, pumps or electric wires can be positioned below and without protection compared to the water pipes, which also lose no end. Last summer, the boiler started introducing hot water into the system and we found ourselves more than once with higher temperatures than outside, but in winter we often have to resort to a simple 50-euro heater that heats and works. better. The list of the technician's interventions, which replaces pieces without full knowledge of the facts and without ever solving the problem, does not count .... With all the parts replaced, who knows how many spare boilers I might have ... I hope that nobody can think of installing your products. But there is a solution ... Throw it in landfills. And sooner or later I'll succeed.

the boiler continues to have problems. assistance does not exist and is very expensive, maintenance as well. We wanted to impact less, to be scrupulous in the use of energy but this system only makes me angry. We had to get it fixed and replaced at least five times in six years, not to mention the bad installation that flooded my home. I strongly advise against it.

I hope that the after-sales assistance service is sensitive and take care of problems related to this list, I also have an air-water conditioning system for a hotel and always error E21, maximum pressure and there is no way of being able to solve without calling the service technicians always postpone. And to say that last year they intervened to restore the plant. True it is not cheap. However, we hope to see cases like this solved and that they can improve!

Bad service, after 1 year that the assistance did not resolve and that the direct assistance of Clivet didn't even answer to our mails, we had to completely change the heat pump at our expense after just 2 years. So absolutely not recommended !!!

For three years now I have had a gaia + elfo fresh pdc system. Bad choice, now I have lost count of the problems the system has had, problems of all types and never solved. Bad assistance from both the parent company and the TeCo service center. The system is still malfunctioning. I do not recommend the purchase. It would be a zero star !!!!

The heat pump has always had many problems and of all kinds; assistance is unable to deal promptly with ongoing emergencies. The product is very expensive as well as the assistance. I started with enthusiasm for this "Green" adventure but the installed system never worked as promised. I do not recommend anyone to buy this dear appliance that requires continuous and dear maintenance.

All in all honest machines. I am currently in front of a 2016 wsat-xee 602. I would suggest that the manufacturer take the engineers who design the machines and let them gain experience in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
