Clivet's authorized technician was immediately requested to call for assistance for the repair under warranty. It came out on June 4th after only 20 days! An outdoor unit failure has been detected.
To date, June 29, after countless reminders I still do not know when I will be able to use my air conditioner NEW !!! A month and a half has passed !!! Who reads a judgment on the efficiency of this company !!!

Bad product, bad design.
Since the boiler was installed, the presence of the technician is a fixed appointment, but never timely and decisive. I wonder how cards, pumps or electric wires can be positioned below and without protection compared to the water pipes, which also lose no end.
Last summer, the boiler started introducing hot water into the system and we found ourselves more than once with higher temperatures than outside, but in winter we often have to resort to a simple 50-euro heater that heats and works. better.

The list of the technician's interventions, which replaces pieces without full knowledge of the facts and without ever solving the problem, does not count .... With all the parts replaced, who knows how many spare boilers I might have ...

I hope that nobody can think of installing your products. But there is a solution ... Throw it in landfills. And sooner or later I'll succeed.

We wanted to impact less, to be scrupulous in the use of energy but this system only makes me angry. I would suggest that the manufacturer take the engineers who design the machines and let them gain experience in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Of course they should be doing it themselves, without the help of the technicians.
The interventions at that point would be faster and more decisive.
