All in all honest machines. I am currently in front of a 2016 wsat-xee 602.
I would suggest that the manufacturer take the engineers who design the machines and let them gain experience in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Of course they should be doing it themselves, without the help of the technicians.
The interventions at that point would be faster and more decisive.
