Worst management company out there and clearly desperate to make a quick buck in whichever way possible. Have heard stories about them doing all they can to keep security deposits including charging for damage from previous tenants.

I have been in many managed buildings in NYC and 1 North 4th is the worst run building by far.

Walls cracking. People complaining of poor sewage/drainage , management reneging on free rent. Packages being given to the wrong people.

Stay away.

They're quite responsive. Clinton Management sends regular emails regarding building changed/updates. Exterminator services are offered regularly for residents that need them. Common areas of the buildings are always clean.
They've been very instrumental during Covid-19 by posting signs about safety measures taken to assist with keeping the residents safe while in the building. They've even sent emails explaining new temporary eviction laws and Covid rental assistant programs.
I've lived in one of their buildings for several years and am pleased with the services so far.

So far so good... however, I have only lived in one of their buildings for two months. Management has always responded to my requests and have been very helpful. The upkeep of the building is awesome and I am very proud to live there. I pray that we all do our part in keeping where we live beautiful. So far Clinton Management has not let me down .

Clinton Management is a good company to work with. I have lived at Crossroads plaza for about 2 years. Oscar the resident manager is very dedicated to his job. Every time I call if something needs fixed he is there to help us. He instructs the porters to do their jobs with excellence, and I really appreciate that. The porters keep the hallways and garbage rooms clean, despite some of my fellow tenants who do not comply with the rules for recycling and garbage. But nevertheless they all come together to keep the building tidy. Crossroads plaza is a pleasant place to live. Thank you to the team at Crossroads plaza for keeping the building neat and clean:)

If you like returned phone calls and your security deposit returned , this is not the management team for you ! Have left several voicemails for Curtis, over the span of weeks , have yet to hear back. The front desk staff also seems to have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The worst property management company I have ever experienced. They still owe us 4100 dollars. We may never see it.

My spouse and I have lived in 1N4 for about a year now. We just renewed our lease. The staff is very dedicated and passionate about what they do and they do it well. Prompt service for issues and concerns. Just had an issue with refrigerator, they replaced it and repaired the floors from damage. Had to wait due to floor shipment and COVID job now done.They responded and repaired any issues we encountered.
We love it here and look forward to a long term relationship.
