Totally incompetent! Worse than Groupon and LetsBonus. If you have any complaints, they make you wait months and in the end they don't give you any solution. They don't answer the emails or the phone. If you call, they tell you that the person in charge of that department is not there, but that he is not there for 6 months is totally scandalous. Of the worst companies I found in Spain.

Beware of CILABCN bonuses, they may be available to buy and not be useful. Always confirm before with the medical center.

Bad customer service. I bought an aesthetic medicine voucher and I was treated poorly at the clinic. Clinic point did not take care of anything, just not answering the emails and every time he called to tell me that the person in charge was not there.

The truth is that I was a little doubtful at first but the result has been incredible! I called to inform myself about the treatment I wanted and it was resolved in a few minutes. I just had to show the voucher at the clinic and I was delighted. Totally recommended!
