Totally incompetent! Worse than Groupon and LetsBonus. If you have any complaints, they make you wait months and in the end they don't give you any solution. They don't answer the emails or the phone. If you call, they tell you that the person in charge of that department is not there, but that he is not there for 6 months is totally scandalous.
