Good informative service. Small store so don't have too much variety but enough for what you need.

I am astounded at the occasional hostility and rudeness I've encountered at this store. One salesman was clearly inebriated and made a smart remark when I walked away in disgust. When I went back a few months later - only bc I live locally; another salesman was very bitter and hostile, describing the goods sold there as 'rubbish'. When I asked him to describe the qualities of a dyson fan, this rude man snapped, 'It's just a fan!' Yet another time a year later there was a similar nasty salesman there too. I've also dealt with a nice staff member there as well. That place seems to have a high turnover of staff, and I will never go there again.

Got a good washer at a decent price however it arrived damaged most likely by their delivery men who also didn t bother to stabilise it at all. The detergent drawer didn t go back in flush as the front of the machine had been slightly dinted in. When I told them about it I was referred to the manufacture. Not that impressed to have to go through that hassle for a brand new machine. We also weren t given the transit bolts which the washer technicians have told us are vital for moving, upon calling up and asking if I could get them they said that s fine just come in anytime and they d have them. Drove the half hour there, and guess what they didn t have them. Said they would send them out and that was over a month ago. Rang to follow up said someone would get back to me they haven t. 0 customer service, honestly spend a little more maybe somewhere else, or at least never use their delivery service.

SOLD SECONDHAND PRODUCTS DENTED AND WRAPPED AND MARKED AS NEW!!!

Sold a second hand product to my partner and said it was new. My fitters came to install it only to find out the sink was warped and edges were dented (by some tool to remove display sink). Called up the manager of the store that sold it to us and he said come in and only to discover he was full of lies and saying he cannot see anything, and he even rudely provoked a bet with me that if he can prove iam wrong then I have to buy another sink and also keep the "damaged sink" that I've already paid them for!!! Wow such a professional sales manager representing the company! I had no choice but to do a last minute shopping to purchase a brand new sink from another retailer, then I took pictures of the new sink "un damaged" and called them up telling that PROFESSIONAL MANAGER I'm bringing the new sink back to his store to show him what a brand new sink looks like.. Within an instance, he said " I will give u back your refund! All that fuss and headache all because of a selfish un honest management from the store!! Wasted my time and long distance travels 3 times!! If I had a choice to rate zero then I would! Disgusting. Btws I've already lodged a complaint to ABEY AUSTRALIA referring about that sales manager ruining their reputation by stating that's how Abeys manufactured their product standards within the sink models I've purchased!!

Shawn bad customer service and i would not recommend this place when he is very disrespectful to his customer and do not care about customer service.

Terrible service, wouldn t recommend this business to any of my peers. Be sure to check that the item you purchase is up to standards it will save you the heartache. Customer satisfaction zero.

Make sure you check that the item you buy has a price that reflects the actual RRP. I recently purchased a slow cooker and realised that all the marked prices on Sunbeam products I was looking at were significantly higher than the RRP on Sunbeams website. They gave me a lower "'sale'' price but I think this is deceptive.

Cheap as chips and good service - bought some stuff for the kitchen and wasn't disappointed.

I've bought most of my white goods from here over the last twenty years. TVs, toasters, shavers etc.

My experience was good. Ask for Gerard. Good honest bloke. Rare these days

Poor service and deceitful. The process in ordering, delivering and after service has been a disaster. Delivered a dishwasher but failed to install it. Left all the trash at premise. Failed to remove the old dishwasher. Did not specify on the website that they install all appliance EXCEPT dishwasher throughout the product page, cart page or checkout page (only available within the terms page if you dig hard enough). Did not specify on website that removal of old unit is an optional thing that is up to the driver s decision to do so and tries to remove all responsibility from themselves. Basically they just give you the item and you ll be on your own. Will never purchase again and will strongly discourage anyone from buying with them.

I have been getting great advice and buying appliances from here for the past 15 years.
They have great product knowledge, great prices, cheap delivery or pick up the goods yourself and a free disposal service!

Do NOT deal with this Company.

The Manager is totally disrespectfull, terribly unprofessional and VERY aggravating to deal with.

I'm not discrediting other staff that've been rather helpful in resolving our dispute however, this unsatisfactory rating is purely due to me holding both Company and its Manager accountable, for wasting valuable time and effort to all parties involved in the project.

I will also lodge my formal complaint directly with the manufacturer to review this distributor.

Had a terrible experience while shopping here on friday. A staff named shaun was rude, showing alot of attitude and was very unprofessional, i found a item i liked at a reasonable price but When i took it home and open the box, i looked at the appliance and it looked i had purchased it from cash converters. Item looks like they have brought it from the op shop. Not a place for me. I rather use their prices and go to jb hifi to get a matched price.

Well priced, with the reassurance of a local store and knowledgeable staff to refer to.

I attended the store last Saturday. I normally do not write reviews but the young Asian chap who served me was excellent in his customer service. I would have used his name but he didn't have a badge on. I will purchase from here again.

Exceptional service and a fantastic range of products. Competitive pricing too.

Very appalled with the quality of product i ve received. Purchased brand new sink, factory manufactured only to have a disgusting eye sore of a second hand. It had bent sides and axles. When I complained to the manager he insisted that s how they re made. Total waste of time and money, would not recommend this place to anyone not until they learn to pick their staff who ACTUALLY care about customer service and learn to know what s factory made and second hand.
