SOLD SECONDHAND PRODUCTS DENTED AND WRAPPED AND MARKED AS NEW!!!

Sold a second hand product to my partner and said it was new. My fitters came to install it only to find out the sink was warped and edges were dented (by some tool to remove display sink). Called up the manager of the store that sold it to us and he said come in and only to discover he was full of lies and saying he cannot see anything, and he even rudely provoked a bet with me that if he can prove iam wrong then I have to buy another sink and also keep the "damaged sink" that I've already paid them for!!! Wow such a professional sales manager representing the company! I had no choice but to do a last minute shopping to purchase a brand new sink from another retailer, then I took pictures of the new sink "un damaged" and called them up telling that PROFESSIONAL MANAGER I'm bringing the new sink back to his store to show him what a brand new sink looks like.. Within an instance, he said " I will give u back your refund! All that fuss and headache all because of a selfish un honest management from the store!! Wasted my time and long distance travels 3 times!! If I had a choice to rate zero then I would! Disgusting. Btws I've already lodged a complaint to ABEY AUSTRALIA referring about that sales manager ruining their reputation by stating that's how Abeys manufactured their product standards within the sink models I've purchased!!
