Terrible Support. Their services have been down for nearly 40 hours and their tech support has not responded to one request. They proudly say on their website that their support is 24/7 but that is completely false. They do not answer support requests. I would not recommend this company's services to anyone.

Charged me more than double for the SMS's we sent, when asked why they said it's because of UNICODE encoding, we did use UTF-8 that is the default. Still waiting for support to come back and a refund....
