Exceptional Service. Friends and I stopped at this hotel/restaurant for snacks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from getting us a great table to following up with our food and drink orders throughout our meal. We ordered drinks and appetizers and everything was very good. Prices were good for the area and the service could not be any better -- many thanks to Christina and Romel for a great experience.

It was a pretty alright place. We went late at night for a drink outside and it seemed like it was trying to be the "cool" place to go but it wasn't that successful. We still had fun and enjoyed the music played.

Good location but for a seat in front of a TV they charge $ 75- $ 350 in a UFC fight. At the door is not cleared up and if you talk to the staff, they just go ahead and ignore one, so not there again.

It was great, i felt as if the rooms were a bit old school not so modern. I had only a bad experience with valet. They charge about 45 a day and i had to wait one morning over an hour and a half for my car making me late to work, but the rest of the week was fine so i wouldnt hold that against them. For as much as we pay per night we should get a nice souvenir cup with our "welcome" cocktail. Tv kept having volume issues, so overall great people but the hotel needs some upgrading.

I had read from other reviews on here, that this was not the type of hotel you stay at to get a good night's rest. I stayed here with that in mind, and I have to say I had a great time! I went to Miami with the intent to eat and drink and not really go sight seeing, and this hotel was perfect. Quick and easy access to the beach, the outside bar is open until 5am so it was a great place to start and end the night, and I personally did not have much of an issue falling asleep. Staff was very friendly and laid back, but if you had a question they were very attentive. I absolutely would go back.

Awful. Pool is dirty. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee maker. No drawers for clothes storage. No luggage rack. Bare minimum even in the suites with balcony. Extremity bad experience!

Hotel nice feel and the Miami Beach waterfront breeze during the day and night is synonymous with animation, DJs and ballads with their poisoned playlists and creative drinks until the wee hours!

Hotel with bar area accessible from the promenade of Rodeo Drive, we were there one evening to have a drink attracted by the lights and music. The bar area is nice, lots of people sitting at the tables but also standing, the possibility also to dine, average prices in the area both for drinks and for food. The bar counter is a kind of flyer promotions, every night there is a different offer of drinks and food, on Monday deal mojito. Nice place.

Clevander Bar, waitress so rude, was mad that we were going to be a table of 5 and would tie up two of her 4 tops. They were not busy, I told her to than show us a table made for 5. We were there to eat and drink, not squeezing to eat with 5 people on a table for 4. Finally the manager said it was ok. When we got the menu, we understand why. 20% grat. automatically included. Of course, doesn't need to be good, it doesn't matter. Terrible service, she shouldn't be in the service industry.

My husband and I went here in the summer of 2019. We had the time of our lives! We stayed for nearly a week. Some key things to know if you plan on staying here: 1) not the cleanest hotel, elevators often smell like puke, they dump wasted drinks into the pool when cleaning up at night, and some areas smell like weed and vomit. But it IS a party hotel so... 2) staff is a hit or miss, the front desk workers and concierge are always the nicest people, the Waite staff is either super friendly or act like they are God s greatest gift. 3) the roof top party deck isn t always available except on certain nights, 4) the maids are going to clean your room every day. 5) elevator is slow 6) food and drinks are very pricey and too is included in price but down the block is a Burger King and an awesome authentic pizza place. 7) be careful at night when partying because some guys are very sketchy and handsy and there s a few pro girls always there. 8) when ordering food it s going to take a while. 9) there s a night club down the strip and it s extremely over priced and I don t recommend. 10) you are going to get non stop panhandlers and people promoting business to you, including drug deals lol 11) don t recommend going here if your in the type of relationship where one of you is insecure or possessive because guys and girls are going to hit on you and lots of beautiful women half naked always. Also don t stay here if you won t be getting drunk every night because you will not be able to sleep with how loud it is no matter where your room is located. Also also, the showers flood the bathroom floor very bad, we had to use numerous towels all over the floor so we wouldn t slip. Overall it s a great experience and a hell of a good time if your easy going and just want to have fun.

The service was great but due to false advertising I have to give this place a sad one star. Happy hour was supposed to be from 4-7 Monday-Friday but when we got there and ordered our three drinks it came to $62 rather than the advertised happy hour price which was $7 a piece($21). There was no exclusions posted anywhere, and was told after we ordered that durning spring break there is no happy hour and was a private company and could do whatever they wanted.

While I don't think other reviewers are lying, I think that the Clevelander is exactly as advertised. I went for week 17 of the nfl football season and it was a blast. There were topless women dancing and serving drinks, and they have a million TV's with tons of seats to watch any and every game. Because everyone is ogling the topless women, the waitresses are actually really nice and the service is pretty fast considering how crowded it is. It's basically a big fraternity party, but I found that the clientele was 50-50 men vs women, and everyone was nice and respectful and I didn't see one fight or group that was being out of control. Remember too that there were probably 20 groups of guys all routing for different teams and nobody got out of hand. It was basically a really fun sports bar that also had amazingly attractive women as well. Oh and shout out to Kayla and Kyla...the best waitresses ever!

Nice
