I have been working with Cleveland home title now for over 15 years I have found the owners Bill and Norm to be exceptional. They have helped with countless complicated problems that many other larger title companies would have just said NO. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to the professional or to the home-buyer as they will provide professional guidance though the whole process. Oh by the way its important to know that they are regulated on pricing so you are going to pay the same thing everywhere else. why not go to the best.

I have known Scott Burger for a number of years and he's a very dedicated guy; to both his family and his profession! I also know realtors and loan originators who use him professionally who rave about how his communication skills are in the top tier. If you're wanting a person who is on top of your information, is on top of your transaction, keeps it moving and keeps everyone in the loop on what's happening so your property will close on time, contact Scott. If you don't....then it's only wasted time and wasted money. Your call! (no pun intended).

I had reached out to cleveland home title, and in particular, Mr. Don Folino about 1 and a half years ago. His responses have been prompt (within minutes on email). He has always been professional, and has helped with me several RELIABLE referrals when it came to helping me fix my house before I sold it.

Mr. Folino and cleveland home title are highly recommended. When I finally sold my house, the buyer chose to go with someone else, and they still continued to help me with advice going forward without taking offense that I did not even use them for the title transfer! They are extremely reliable, friendly, and professional, could not ask for more and would not go anywhere else.

I completed some very quick closes of private purchases with Cleveland Home Title. Super efficient and very smooth even though one of the houses presented challenges (condemned, back taxes, back water, etc.) They were able to handle all the hard work and navigate through the issues. This is my go-to title agency for all future real estate transactions.

I have been involved in a dozen or so real estate transactions. The title company never seemed like a piece of the puzzle until I dealt with Cleveland Home Title. Here it stood out as a piece: a broken one.

Communication was awful. Calls were frequently not returned. When I did hear from them, I discovered that they were doing things they had previosuly said were done, were looking for documents they had already received, or that the person working on the deal misunderstand the terms.

In my case, the buyer decided to reneg during a period of delay introduced by the title company. Pick a title company out of the phone book at random. If it's not this one, you'll probably be fine with it.

Used them for my closing process, everyone was very nice. The paperwork was explained thoroughly and it was quick and simple.

Terrible terrible nothing but lies came out of one agents mouth about everything she didn't do and said she did. I got more accomplished in three hours then they did in six weeks.

Phone calls never returned, emails not sent, communication is horrible. When buying a house the closing time can make you nervous and Cleveland Home Title's zero communication policy is not helping. I needed to know my payout to have the check cut and they refuse to answer my calls about this critical question. Wasting my time is and creating unnecessary stress is not a concern of theirs. Next house I buy I'm not using them, ever.

Definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND! If it wasn't for Cleveland Home Title we wouldn't be in our home right now! I am so happy we were referred to them and would encourage anyone I know to use them.

Closing went smoothly- the guy who explained the docs we signed was concise and answered our questions. However, I had to chase them for an appointment despite my loan officer telling them to contact me two days before my predetermined closing date. Thankfully they fit me in 17hours later.

Not a bad experience.. But it's rather boring and a lot of signing.
