I was a customer at Clearwire, now B-lite, since 2008, for the concept: no cable, so no installation (so no extra cost and expensive) and unequaled mobility, and for several years I have not had only to rent me from my connection: I had the cheapest internet in the country: 9.90 per month and it was fine with me.

Until October 2014, when the connection was simply cut off without any communication from B-lite; information, I learned that the company had been bankrupt since August 2014 and that the signal was eventually cut. So I took another connection (more expensive, but more efficient) at another operator ...

For me, the story stopped there; what was my surprise when, in December 2014, I started receiving new bills from B-lite (but bills for what?) because they broke the contract we had by cutting my connection without warning me and without my having any recourse) ...
Moreover, the many opinions of former customers are eloquent and do not encourage confidence.
Therefore, and whatever the reasons for the bankruptcy of B-lite, there is no question of paying for a defective service; therefore, I will continue without B-lite (it's all the more unfortunate that I still find the concept interesting, ecological, economical and powerful, but ...).

Same story. Up till october 2014 no problem. After only.. "deaf silence".. Customer service is a total zero. Called 3 times.. No answer, even during the times their website mentioned to call. Mailed twice to thier info email adress. No reaction what so ever. I want to stop the contract but how? I stoped paying but don't know what to do next?

Very bad, the customer service, it never responds. Telephoning, emailing, writing letters ... it doesn't work. Nothing but problems!

B-lite is a true disaster.
I have been a customer of them for 7 years and in the early years this was a stable and good company with very good customer service.
The customer is now completely non-existent or unreliable. The telephone service is designed so that several times you will be turned away and directed to the website. On the website you can again hardly contact with a mail is not answered.

Moreover, the internet connection that b-lite offers has also become very unreliable in recent years and does not work half the time.

Do you want to save you a lot of time and frustration? Then certainly do not go with b-lite.
