I was looking for an insurance company for that understood full-time RV'ers insurance and after reading about this company and watching an interview with their president (Courtney Wooge) I thought that I had finally found it. I entered my info. and waited for a quote in response. Two days later an agent called to inform me an email quote had been sent. I said that I would look at it and would like to also see about adding my car to a future policy. The agent took down the vehicle info. and that is the last time that I have heard from FCIS Insurance. If that is an example of how much they are interested in acquiring new customers then it makes me extremely wary of using them. I have since gone with another company for my RV and 2 vehicles.

I have maintained my motorhome insurance as well as my boat coverage since 1994 and because of the professionals at FCIS I will continue to work with this company as long as I have outdoor toys.

After contacting a plethora of insurance companies and constantly hearing no, I finally stumbled upon FCIS. Connor at FCIS was the only person who was able to get me insurance on an HDT and 5th wheel trailer. Connor's patience, professionalism, and dedication is going to make my RV dream come true. I have wanted to do this for over 15 years!
I'm not joking or exaggerating when I say you would have a very difficult time finding an insurer that will go to the lengths that FCIS and Connor will. I was almost ready to give up, but now I don't have to.

FCIS is the best. Their team is amazing on every level and they know what they are talking about for RV insurance. We are full-timers that had our high-end mountain bikes stolen at a campsite. Before this happened they informed us to add a rider to the insurance for personal belongings in case those belongings were damaged, or in our case, stolen. Now I'm only out a $100 deductible to replace these bikes instead of thousands.

I don't know a whole lot about insurance in general, their team was able to give me guidance on what does matter for my lifestyle and the levels of insurance that I need to be covered properly. Thank you FCIS for being an exemplary insurance company.

Jennifer went out of her way to check into quotes for our auto, home and RV insurance renewal. She even looked over a quote we got from another company that looked too good to be true - and it was!

We have returned to the fold.
The individual attention that they provide makes all the difference. You can actually talk to the same person every time you call!

Been doing business with them for a long time. Quick to reply if I have a question. They found the best motor home policy for us. Give them a chance to quote you a policy. Also friendly to email or talk to.

Never pass by without stopping to see the new pictures on the outside of the building. Plenty of free parking for cars and RV's.

They really do shop around and get you the best deal on an RV Insurance and they have really good customer service
