THIEVES!!! I ordered a book in May, they debited my account, and I still have not received the item. Their site states 100% satisfaction guaranteed - BS! I've called and left several voicemails and emailed - no return call or email replies.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered books for our program last April and 5 months later we still haven't received them.
I would rate it 0. I ordered my book a couple of days ago and it's still saying "processing." Furthermore I can't reach anyone even though it says they are open 24 hours. I've left several messages as I need to know when my book will arrive. I'm in the process of canceling my order. Very unprofessional.
